I like this store, I was greeted, helped when needed & blonde cashier even though her line was long she kept her cool & stayed productive. Only wish they'd replace their floor it's gross to look at so I don't buy food here only clothes Otherwise good place.

In these times and days people should have more customer service skills. If you don't like people the register is not where you should be. I walked in for a return, Ms. Alyssa(spelling) never looked up or acknowledged me. When I said a smile or hello would be nice she looked at me and cut her eyes like I had cursed her out. She called someone for my refund and waited quietly without saying a word. The only thing that she said to me is write your name and sign here and turned her back. You should never treat people like they are an inconvenience to you. I'm sure it was time for you to get off, but it was my first time in the store today. Be kind to your customers, because when they keep coming back you keep working. How do I know this? Because I to work in customer service.

Customer Care is Phenomenal! The prices for items I have purchased are VERY REASONABLE, especially in the bedding and the towels areas. I purchased today a 32oz. spray bottle of Microban 99% germ killer for $3.99, and DG has same item for $5.99! What a steal! Also if you have a doggy fur baby, their pee pads are $19.99 for 150pads 22 x 22, which are more stronger and durable than Walmart and their price for 100 pads of their brand is 18.99 same size, but thinner and leak. I enjoy Roses in my community of Mount Airy, NC.
