Truck ran hot with my wife. I came to the store and got a thermostat to put in the truck. They let me borrow the socket and ratchet to fix it. Very nice employees.

My husband and I would have been completely stranded in VA hours away from home if it wasn't for the most fantastic people we have ever met named Aaron Powell and Matthew Phillips. Theses dudes are some really cool dudes or how my husband put it actual living legends. They went out of their way to ensure we got the part we needed so we could make it home. I don’t know what we would have done without them.

A+ customer service. Two guys helped me today and were more accommodating than any other parts store I had been to. The young man that was checking me out walked me through the store and helped me find everything that I needed. Thanks for the help. Definitely will be going to O'Reilly again.
