In June of this year, two tires I had put on here had a blow out, leaving me stranded in a not very safe area of Winston after dark, alone with two kids. I figured there was something in the road that ripped it open and went back to get two more put on. Less than six months later, I notice the tires are not only seven years old but that one is nearing a blow out and probably dry rotted.
Thanks for putting my children’s lives in danger to make a quick buck.

This tire place sold my wife 4 21 year old tires that were dry rotted and recapped. Do not buy tires from here! They took advantage of my wife, she trusted them to give her decent tires to transport our 5 kids. The driver side tire blew out on the front driver side going down HWY 52! This could’ve ended very badly. Again DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM NC TIRE CENTER!!! If I could give them a negative star I would!!

Today I went to get a tire for my car because I had a flat. Customer service was below subpar. They brought out the dirtiest tire they could find. Didn’t even try to wash it off. Threw it on the rim and gave it back. Didn’t even offer to put it on my car but still charged the full amount. Worst experience I have ever had at a tire center.

On the way to Hilton head, from OH,picked up a couple nails in the right front tire, checked tire shops near me, at first went to a different shop in Mt airy area, they said they couldn't plug or patch it, fortunately an employee there turned me on to nc tire, got there right when they opened up, said he could patch it, and had me rolling down 77 within 30 minutes, can't express how grateful I am to this place, thanks again
