I have used this shop a few times for repairs, other then being delayed a couple of times which was out of there control because additional parts had to be ordered i would 10/10 recommend this body shop. Im very pleased with there work.

They went above and beyond to repair my car after being hit by a deer! My car looked phenomenal after getting it back, it didn’t look as if it had ever been hit. John done his best to help me as much as he could! He offered excellent customer service!

Work was decent but very slow. Poor communication with me on when vehicle would be ready. When I first dropped off my vehicle they said a week, then the next week and at the end of the second week they began saying it would be into the 3rd week to replace my bumper. When picked up they also performed a poor wash leaving the vehicle very nasty on the outside. Not willing to help with your deductible at all like with other collision centers.

Had a good experience before with a different car so your experience might be different but, this was a really bad experience with my rav4. Tried to talk to the owner about it but, he refused because he didn't want to deal with an upset customer. Based on John's comments he made me feel like the problems I had with the quality of the shops workmanship was normal and that quite a few cars have these types of fitment problems. I told him I was going to the dealership to check other Rav 4s to see if that was the case and he didn't try to stop me or say that wasn't necessary. I don't want to put words in anyone's mouth, so I'll just say it felt like he was trying to cover for bad workmanship. I was upset that I had to waste my time and it really felt like they were trying to talk me out of it being a problem. John didn't want to admit that wasn't really the case and now I've lost all faith in the shop because the owner dodged talking to me. You want your car to come back looking like it did before the damage. Unfortunately Mt. Airy Collision thinks this level of work is good enough. I was upset with John for letting me leave to the dealership to prove that cars don't come off the line looking like this instead of just saying we will take care of it, end of story.. You might get your car back looking like it should or you might not. If you do decide to go with them, don't make the same mistake I did and have the insurance company release payment until you have had time to properly inspect the work and look at it thoroughly. You can see the defect from 20 feet away. The one with the red circle is my car and the other picture is from an identical model at the dealership. There is an uneven gap from top to bottom and the clear coat or paint is chipped looking because there is supposed to be gap where there isn't one after the "repair"
