These people do not participate in automatic refills. I have requested refills on a life and death medication for my roommate. Have made this request to them and doctor sent a refill request last week. They are still refusing to fill it. I discovered this morning that they have not sent albuterol or rescue inhaler in what appears to be a very long time. These people are incompetent and have no business dispensing medications. I will be changing drugstore first thing this morning. I will not allow them to kill her. This thing forces me to give one star before I can post. I have down that but they do NOT deserve it

This place is great! Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure my son had his medicine when it was called in at the last minute on a Saturday! The pharmacist, John, is also very nice and helpful! Great customer service!

I've been getting my meds filled here for around 6 months. Wish they were a little more personal. You call for a refill and the people who answer the phone sound like robots. They never say thank you or goodbye, they just hang up. Like getting my meds here, just wish they had more personality. And they don't take prescription discount cards here either which is a bummer since some of my meds are quite expensive.

I had an odd question for the pharmacist when I called. John was very nice and helped me get the best price on fluids for my dog. I had called several pharmacies and no one would order it for me. Thank you Mount Airy Drug and specifically the pharmacist John!
