Rented a climate-controlled unit. It is NOT climate controlled!!! Boxes were molded and wet on the bottom! I moved out on the 5th of the month and they don’t give credits for unused days; policy rules, they claim….NO ONE should be forced to pay for goods not received!!! SHAME on management for such a rip off!!!!! I’ll never rent from this company ever again! Everyone needs to be aware!!!!

I have been at the same location for some years now I've had some issues with them I lost a unit they auction it off I wasn't aware of the auction until my unit was cleaned out I think I had one more issue with this company but no more since then I love talking to Carolyn she's my best friend❤️ and I had Dustin in the office on 52 very sweet young man I think he's on west pine street storage building they work with me alot on getting my payment in Ty

I had been locked out of my unit a couple times due to late payments(totally my fault). My issue is that after I paid my balance my unit remained locked for a week because they "forgot" to unlock it. On 3 separate occasions this happened..... and when my bill was late again I begged and pleaded with them to keep it unlocked for 1 more day so i could get a box that I reallllllly needed for work. I brought up how I'd been inconvenienced a few times due to their forgetfulness and how important it was i get the box. I eventually asked for a manger to ask them and they literally refused to give me the name or number of a Manager and just kept saying "they will call you I promise" this went on for 3 days a nd i ever got a call or the mangers number. And they would t let me get wat I needed. Extremely poor service, ive never disliked a company so mch.i miss the old owners.
