The friendliest and most helpful people I've ever dealt with at any pharmacy! Since going there my whole extended family has moved their prescriptions there. Best place in Surry/Carroll County to get prescriptions filled!!

Went for a covid test in April of 2023. We didn't have to get out of our car. Done the test and found out in 5 minutes, we had covid. Even brought us extra test for later. Staff is very friendly.

They need to be Trained Properly that includes the Pharmacist, that's the Owners faught, Very bad service and would not Recommend Doing business with them.

Gates Pharmacy is absolutely amazing!! I have had some health insurance issues and they have went above and beyond to assist me in getting my prescription filled. Every time I have called I have had nothing but courteous and friendly service!! Would highly recommend and will be recommending friends and family members to this wonderful pharmacy!!

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had!! Refused to fill a much needed prescription to fill their pockets! Sad to treat someone who has no insurance!!

I absolutely love Gates Pharmacy. The experience is always excellent, but I just need to shout them out this morning. I had a tooth pulled and pulled up at the pharmacy just to wait until they opened at 9. They came out at 8:30 and got my prescriptions and had them filled and ready before 9:00. The service and personal experience is unbeatable. Mary Sullivan is an angel on Earth and always makes my day when I have to come get meds.

Gates is a blessing to our community - nice folks who know their stuff and offer a lot of extra services. We have found them to be efficient, friendly and much more accessible than the "big box" pharmacies we used to use. Thanks, Gates!
