Love the products they carry but the customer service is awful. They are never kind or helpful, actually they're a bit judgy and rude.Every time I leave their store I feel upset. The women (all the women) who work the counter just glare at you, even as you check out. You and even look around at all the products they carry without feeling them stare at you from across the store.I just wouldn't recommend, they just make it so unwelcome.

I went in to buy Ray Ban sunglasses because mine were either lost or stolen that I had bought from there a couple of years ago. I told the clerk, that's why I was there and instead of selling me Ray Bans, she said "well, if you think you might find them, why don't you look at these less expensive sunglasses" I was so pleased that she said that!! I now have the cutest pair of sunglasses and still hoping my Ray Bans show up. Fantastic Customer Service!!

Great place to shop, friendly staff always willing to help in any way. My husband needed a certain size shirt and they even went to the back and searched for his size, bringing other shirts out that ran along that same line that we were interested in. I shop there ever chance I get , they have a great variety of things to choose from that are hard to find in Mt Airy.I’d ? % recommend this store.
