When I called the salon I was told SNS would cost me $35. This was a few days ago, and I subsequently went in and had my nails done. First time I've ever been to the salon. Today I looked at my receipt and realized I was charged $40 for SNS, and instead of the $5 add on fee I should have been charged for getting a specific nail shape done, I was charged $10. To be honest, I would call the quality of The service I received mediocre and additionally, my nail tech was much more interested in talking on her phone then she was in doing my nails. Needless to say, I won't return.

I had a fill in on my nails, went on a Thursday by Sunday 4 nails had broke and my polish was peeling off! Gel polish that should last for 2 weeks or more!I haven’t been there in a couple years for this reason but had a gift card and I see nothing has changed!! Definitely not the best nail salon in Town!!Will be going back to Diamond Nails where you get great service!!Service: Acrylic nails

The experience wasn’t as I expected. I felt rushed the whole time considering I don’t get my nails done often and most of my nails have bowed up and/or have already formed bubbles underneath them. I haven’t even had them for a week…

I called and scheduled an appointment and got there 10 min early and had to wait for 20, I told her I wanted gray nails but ended up with black and a mess all over my nails, then I gave them a $100 to break and didn’t leave a tip but she took it out herself and gave me back incorrect change knowingly. They did an okay job but I definitely won’t be going back.Service: Acrylic nails

I was not happy when I got done. My nail tech was rushing to get done. She left dirt under my middle finger on my left hand and also she cut my cuticle on my right hand on my pinky. When she went back and sprayed my hand with the alcohol in the spray bottle it hurt my finger and I yelled "that hurts". I will not be returning to essence nails anymore.

kinda left very disappointed tbh, i had gotten acrylic and i wanted a heart on the ring fingers but she messed it up so bad without even trying to fix it, the paint job for the whole nail was great tho! but she didn’t even really file the sides of my nails good enough to the point when i went home i had do it myself. all i’m saying it wasn’t worth 43 dollars haha.Services: Nail art
