Was extremely disappointed with the customer service today. Went to spend my birthday gift cardand one of the employees followed my daughter and I to the point of almost being stepped on when we checked out. She was absolutely awful and made us feel like we shouldn't be in there. Funny thing I had planned the trip based on what I had found on the website prior. Needless to say I most likely will NOT be shopping at this location for a while. Come on Cato you can do better.

My 13 year old daughter needed a pair of black slacks. We'd had zero luck at Belk. In desperation I called Cato and spoke with Pat. She pulled a size 2 and 4 and told me they would be waiting for us. Pat was super helpful. We were in and in 10 minutes !!!Excellent customer service.

I love bib overalls and it's hard to find them at a good price. I was looking through the latest Cato fashions and there is the short bibs. Hit the jackpot, but I thought haven't seen the price yet and what will the shipping be. Well the price shocked me and it was free shipping to local store, so yep I got them. I have found several things I want and the prices are better that some of the local popular shopping malls. So if there's a special occasion coming up or not and you want a new outfit then head over to Cato I'm sure you will be able to find that special outfit for that occasion and find a few more for maybe future outings.

OMG my absolute favorite place... My husband don't like it lol. But me...I could literally live in there... The clothes are in season... It's clean and very respectable... The staff gets to know you at a personal level when you go in a lot...I LOVE IT ?

Cato's has ladies clothing that is fashionable and reasonably priced. Love the variety. Jewelry selection is also up to date, accessorizing their current stock of clothing very well. They also have Christian jewelry and Christian themed shirts. Sizes range from 4 to XXL.
