Thinking twice. They were waiting on me at the drive thru, of course I waited my turn. They acted as they didn’t want to answer a simple question, because I would have took up too much time in the drive thru. It was my turn! I’ve waited long minutes many times to get to your window. This bank was very professional and employees were very nice until a year ago. There has been times other than today that I’ve had issues and let it go. Today I voice my own opinion and I’m not happy about it. Wait on the customer in front of you, let them at least think they’re important. All you had to say is can you come in please, not blow, and look to see how many cars were behind me. They are having to wait their turn like I did. My time is just as important as anyone else’s.

I went thru the Drive Thru line today. They had one teller working who was providing the best service she could. I waited about 23 minutes with only 2 cars in front. Drive thru times need to improve.

Love this bank. The manager Nikki goes above and beyond for me as a customer. Love being able to go in the bank and the manager takes the time to greet you by name and make sure you are taken care of. Does not shy away from answering the phone and personally handling problems. She makes banking enjoyable.

My husband just opened an account with them the other day. We were so satisfied with the experience we had! All the employees were so polite and helpful especially Nikki Kemp! The staff is very professional,friendly, courteous,helpful, and efficient. They offer free checking, savings bonds loans, and notary services. They offer online banking. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Plenty of parking. Stop by and talk to them about opening account.

Absolutely, hands down love the family care free environment. It's so quiet but someone is so quick to help you and so friendly on arrival! Love how quick it was to setup my account with little effort and the conversation with Mrs. Nikki made the time feel like comfortable and like talking to a friend you've known for years. A small chain bank with A lot of love and tender care. Hope it stays that way seeing that I'm new and all to this bank!

First of all, there's no easy way to call and check my balance, there is also no Atm at the said location, I feel as if they're stuck in the stone ages. Second of all, I never got set up so say if I got hacked I would have no way to call and cancel my card, I feel like I'm totally stuck with this company, I strongly recommend another banking company such as BB&T
