I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Tommy, Hannah and the team were all great to work with. They got me a help chair sold and delivered within two days to help me greatly with my surgery recovery. This is the sixth experience we’ve had with them in the last three years and all have been great experiences. I highly recommend Brannock &Hiatt to anyone considering them.

I've been thinking about replacing my sofa and have been looking online but really wanted to see it in person. A friend recommended Brannock and Hiatt. They are located downtown but parking is not an issue as there are several parking lots close by. We were fortunate to get a space at the front door. We were greeted by a very nice salesperson who offered to help and told me how to access the upper level. They have a nice selection of major appliances in one section and a great selection and variety of sofa and chairs. The upper level contains a large selection of Lazy Boy seating. Since the sofas are custom orders I had a huge selection of fabric to choose from. The sofa came with 4 pillows and I also selected 2 more fabrics for the pillows. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped customize my order to suit my preferences. I'm so happy with my decision to shop at this store. They have been in Mount Airy since the 1950's so they are clearly well established and respected. They require a deposit with the order and the expected delivery date is about 10 weeks. While I would love to have it today, this is a custom order and certainly worth the wait to get exactly what I want. While I've had good success ordering furniture online, I've also had a few disappointments. Since the sofa will be in the main living area and used regularly, it was important to me to make sure the seat depth, and firmness of the cushions are what we needed. I felt the pricing was reasonable. I certainly recommend Brannock and Hiatt Furniture and expect to return to purchase some additional pieces in the future.

80 year old aunt had them 3 times check her washer leaking water never did fix it charged her 600.00 never fixed it I went up there and fixed it for 35.00 service is a joke

We drove from Colfax to Mt. Airy and purchased a new washer & dryer from these super nice people. After just a few weeks, I had a problem with my washer. The service technician drove all the way to my house just to show me how to clean the filter in the water hose which had materials from my well water. You can’t ask for any better customer service than that!
