“Richard and Josh were amazing. They made our buying experience very pleasant and easy. Even after purchasing the vehicle, they've continued to be helpful and accommodating. The GM Thomas went above and beyond for us as well. We are new to town, and they just gained lifelong customers. Thank you guys!”

“I have had multiple repairs performed on multiple vehicles and always had great results from the team at Northern Star. Brandy always tells me an approximate timeline for repairs and always calls me before if any other issues arise. If you are in need of vehicle repairs this is the place to call first!!”
“David Farris was great working with me to solve a problem on my car, which broke down as I was passing through. He was honest with me, and thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend him.”

“Had a cylinder misfiring. Problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly. Tried to sell me brake pads and after looking at them, they were right needed brakes too. Got both fixed for a less than fair price (for them)”
“Highly recommend New Image. I live in remote area , Sparta NC, no body shops available take on deal with insurance and damage to my Tacoma. Just day before that buck hit my truck i heard an ad on 98.1 radio about New Image, so looked 'em up. Very pleased with outcome and their personal service.”

2685 S Main St, Mt Airy“I was driving from NC to Indiana on Hwy 52, 2 days before Christmas when my VW Scirocco began to have engine trouble. I went as far as I could on the highway and limped to an off-ramp, where, like an oasis in the desert, I happened onto this shop. I coasted/pushed my vehicle into one of the service bays. Never have I received such mercy from a garage. The Scirocco was a limited production vehicle and, after correctly diagnosing that the combustion problem was the basket filter of the fuel pump, the mechanic asked me if I would mind waiting while he drove to Winston-Salem to get the part! He didn't want me stranded for Christmas and not with my family. Best service I have ever received, and most memorable -- the year was 1992! I still owe them a thank you which I hope to pay next time I pass through.”

I called spoke with Tyrell it was after 1pm he said he could handle it for me. Work was completed and the issue cleared up all before 5pm.He was very helpful and informative and price was very fair.Highly recommend Right Way.”

We looked around, and did our due diligence in really getting what we wanted, and it turned out to be our new Suburu Crosstrek limited! Scenic Suburu was the best dealership from start to finish!”

120 Toast Rd, Mt Airy“Jeff and the Crew at Fender Mender are hands down the friendliest, fastest, and most professional auto body shop I have ever been to. They are the first shop that don’t try and up sell you. They actually look out for you, the customer. Great bunch of folks and phenomenal body work. Spread the word folks. These guys are the real deal.”
“I have used this shop a few times for repairs, other then being delayed a couple of times which was out of there control because additional parts had to be ordered i would 10/10 recommend this body shop. Im very pleased with there work.”
“We were traveling to an out of state holiday visit and my car’s check engine light came on. Stopped in and I was helped within moments to ensure everything looked ok to continue traveling. Very friendly and helpful.”
7:30AM - 5:30PM
1994 Rockford St, Mt Airy“We had not intended to purchase a car but our son got rear ended so off to the dealership we had to go. This was not our first stop. We actually went to another dealership in Greensboro and had a very unpleasant experience. It wasn't about negotiating on the car it was about the other dealership, making us feel like they really didn't care about us or care that we were there. So we left frustrated and drove 40 miles to Mount Airy to this dealership to look at this car. I wasn't in the best of moods, so it was an uphill battle for this Dealership from the start. I have to say the sales person that met us was one of the most pleasant car sales people I have ever dealt with. Very down to earth very attentive, very personable. When we arrived, he came out to greet us and we were given ample time to look at the vehicle, walk around it and check everything in it without any pressure. We took a test drive and he was attentive during the test drive, and wasn't on his phone or texting like the other salesman from earlier in the morning. Dealing with him during negotiations, as well as the general manager, and the finance person were again, easy, smooth, pleasant, and no pressure. I began to wonder if I was actually in a car dealership. Lol. Here's where they've earned our business. They were having the car cleaned and gassed up before we picked it up and the gentleman unfortunately ran over a screw. Flat tire! It was late on a Saturday and there was no one to patch the tire so we were going to have to drive home and back 40 miles each way to pick up the car. They actually had the car delivered to us two days later when the tire could get patched due to the holiday weekend and we did not have to go back and pick up the car. That to me is customer service and turned what could've been a really bad ending to this deal and turned it into an extraordinarily well done customer service moment. I do believe as my husband and I have to look for another car anytime in the near future, we are going to give these folks the first opportunity at our business, even though they are not the closest dealership because we truly had one of the best experiences in a car dealership we've ever had in our 31 years of marriage. Coming from me that really says some thing because honestly, I would rather get a colonoscopy then buy a car. L O L. Funny but kind of almost true. Thank you Simmons Nissan.”
“Great Experience! Highly recommend! Earlie was so helpful and got us on the schedule, at the last minute! Being a trucker, my home days are never the same. Planned to leave vehicle all day for 5 new tires and an alignment… but it was finished and picked up by lunch time! Top tier service and respectful workers! I will continue doing my business here!!”
