Ordered a refrigerator from Samsung for 2K three weeks ego that supposed to be delivered on Saturday from 8am-12. Prior to arrival supposed to get a 30 min call about arrival. Was up by 8 am, check my phone no calls so assumed once I get phone call I will get outside in 20 or so minutes. No call by noon. Called company at 1:30 pm and the automated response said order delivered. Spoke to one of their useless representatives, he said wait, probably driver delaying, 5:30pm nothing. Called company again, said that waited all day and no one is here. Also indicated that the system says order delivered but it didn't. Untill I indicated this error the representative would not even know. She said driver was there but no one open door at 8 am so he left!Questioned her why he didn't call or text 30 min prior to arrival?Asked to call driver and send him back to my address since deliveries end at 7pm so still time. Asked to provide drivers number...None of this was in her power. They don't even have drivers numbers or names. This they in charge of 2k purchases but can't provide customers with driver info nro were aware that driver registered this order as complete.Told me to call on Monday to reschedule delivery. Explained that I waited 3 weeks and I need this fridge ASAP. Didn't help. Called today in the morning checking with them empathizing how I need it this week and again apologies and we do everything we can. Hour later received text that they ready to deliver on November 11.Called Samsung and same stupid service, in order get money back will take longer than the new order date. Ask company manager to call XPO to expedite a delivery, instead he called and expedite cancelation order!?!? Which still means will take two weeks to return refrigerator back to Samsung facility. Meaning no money back on my card for at least two weeks. As of now as I have no refrigerator and no 2k in my bank account, meaning no funds to buy new fridge until I get full refund. What the F service it is.Eventually will be cancelling and never buy anything directly from Samsung and check which delivery companies other business work to make sure I never have to deal with XPO.

Just had a mattress delivery and the gentlemen that delivered, set up and took away our mattress were more than stellar. They mimicked having an engineering degree during the assembly. They admitted that this was the toughest job of the day and had never dealt with a mattress like this before. They made the job look easy with their patience and skill. Shout out to hard working great employees and for being awesome humans.

This was hands down the WORST Experience I have ever had with any delivery Service. XPO was sub-contracted by Samsung to deliver my fridge. They delivered it, left the old one although they were supposed to haul it away, didn't ever call to come pick it up and it leaked all over my hardwood flooring causing it to buckle and crack. I called Samsung and XPO and the convoluted way they've set up both their companies is truly stellar as I've not gotten a response from either company. I emailed the XPO Claims Group per the direction of Customer Service at XPO and have yet to receive an email back. Literally the WORST customer service experience and delivery experience I have ever had. I will now have to PAY to get someone to come haul away this fridge and fix my floor. It's frankly despicable the way this company has responded....or wait...NOT responded

I started getting calls 3 days before my delivery date, and text and emails each day leading up to it.As advertised, I got a call the day before confirming my delivery and another 30 min before, (they arrived 15 min early which was not a problem. They removed my old appliances, unpackaged and installed the new ones. (I paid for the haul-away but had planned to do the install myself) These young men went above and beyond my expectations.

Great service. The installers arrived on time and quickly assembled our furniture. They wore protective footwear, laid down blankets and were very careful not to damage our home or the furniture piece. Once finished they picked up all packaging and left. Very pleasant experience.

Ordered a product from a vendor that was supposed to be delivered by these guys. I was told the driver would call 30 minutes out. Missed the call from truck driver. He lvm that he was 15-20 minutes out. I called him back 10 minutes later but went to voice mail. I had my guys at the address waiting for delivery to unload. I called driver after waiting 40 minutes and no delivery. He stated he went to next delivery since I didn’t answer call. I called main office and was told the policy is to go to next delivery if not heard from in 5-10 minutes. I’ve tried to call the main office since 4:30, no answer or voice mail. I’ve tried to call the driver it is busy. I sent driver text no reply. Unprofessional way to run a business I believe. I will contact the vendor I purchased the product from and let them know my experience. Worse then waiting for a cable guy to come!
