First is the location in Raleigh NC RDU Airport. I have a discrimination situation. Some person tell me bad works. Speak spanish with latín person no is a crime. The Company not practice respect to individual. And that supose Managers have the all qualities for works employees. Not recommended.

The heavy set white lady working register on September 21,2023 is rude as hell. I asked which register was she on she mumbled , I said excuse me . She said if I wasn’t open the gate wouldn’t be up. In a smart manner. IF SHE DOESN’T WANT TO WORK GET A NEW JOB CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!!

I made the mistake of buying a pair of wireless headphones because I forgot my wired pair. I didn't open them until I got on the plane and only one side worked. I was going to return them when I got back to the airport but the store was closed. I have tried through email and phone to get a hold of someone so I could return them or at least exchange them. The person at the store says they do not give refunds but gave me a number for an "office" that I've left 4 messages at and no answer or reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Encountered a rude and discourteous white female (middle age heavy set , scraggly hair, glasses), 530am, Feb.17, 2022. I hope you can hire better. I purchased a Gatorade. When she asked if I wanted to donate to the troops, I responded that we are a military family. She gave a snappy curt response... " just a simple yes or no". That was unnecessary and discouraged me from buying a sweatshirt.

I noticed that they have an apparel section for North Carolina colleges/universities, but I see no representation for HBCU’s.North Carolina is the second state in the country that has the most HBCUs and North Carolina is home to the country’s largest HBCU. It’s a shame that they are not represented.
