“Alex Johnson remember the name. Every individual you encounter has a choice. Whether to raise the bar of customer service or walk by every customer that may need help. I waited in the customer service line for approximately 15-20 min the representative was busy and another associate walked from behind counter and past me. When I got to counter the representative asked that I go to sales floor to get ticket item. Meaning I would wait again. When I got back the line there were three more people to wait behind. The associates running the front registers were busy but Alex came over and asked to help me. He helped my husband and I load the product and made us feel important not just like we are another number. Alex you deserve an atta boy and I hope you know you are appreciated!”
“About a month ago, I had the nicest experience with an employee.
I think his name was John. I had purchase several bags of potting soil and was waiting outside for someone to load them into my car.
Let me go back a few minutes. When I was in the store trying to put the bags in the cart, an employee walked by so
I called to see if he would help me, but he kept walking. Prehaps he didn't hear me. Anyway I was able to drag them off of the shelf to the flat bed cart.
Now moving bak to John. As I was waiting outside for someone load into my car, I saw John waking by and assumed he was the person to help me. (He may have been getting off from work)
I ask him if he was the person to help. He said he was not, but said that he would be happy to load the bags into my car.
We even had a pleasant conversation as we walked to my car.
He was professional, courteous, and a really nice young man.

“I recently got the BJ's capital one credit card for an additional $.15 off they're already low price on gas. In addition to that you also get 2% on other purchases when you go in to make a purchase at BJ's they will take off whatever monies you have accrued from using your BJ's capital one credit card, for instance, my bill was $184 yesterday and I paid only $54 for everything I had purchased due to what I had earned on my credit card.
