I am a regular shopper of WHBM and love the quality and selections of its clothes. However, I avoid driving to the Morrisville location due to tits management and staff . Although I can't say that all the Sales Associates at this store are unfriendly , I can consistently say the store manager and Assistant Manager are unfriendly and lack customer service skills. There was an occasion where I had a simple question about a refund on my return and the Assistant Manager, Christine ( I think) that was her name) made me feel like i was trying to get more money back when in fact i did not understand the transaction and just wanted her to provide the proper clarification. Her demeanor was cold and judgmental..After this horrible experience plus other times where I have encountered poor customer service ( either the staff was constantly pushing clothes on me or they had frowned upon people making returns) , I now drive 10 plus miles to the Crabtree location to shop there. For me, no customers should have to feel this way when they go shopping . When there are other locations in the area, or there is the option to shop online, there is no need for me to shop at the WHBM i'm Morrisville.

One of the worst stores-beautiful dresses.....but the store manager is a complete racist! Although I have shopped at alot of WHBM stores in the past .When, I entered the store manager asked me what was I doing here.( Instead of greeting me) .I said "I need to buy a dress". Then she made an inappropriate comment about my race. All be it I'm dressed in professional businessAttire. I will not be Back . There are certainly better stores with better managers. -she is a complete Racist.You would think WHBM would train there team members better. Shame on you!

Love the customer service and the prices are decent also love the lady Sol she is the best salesperson there she sold me $300 in a blink of an eye just because of her personality. Love her!! Also spoke my language Spanish.

Without a doubt one of the better shopping experiences I have had. Heidi greeted me when I walked in, asked if I was shopping for a specific event, then helped to pull several items that fit my criteria! She helped me get proper sizing to try on and had great input. Checkout was a breeze. From walking in to stepping out, Heidi was an excellent representative of this business.

The women that work at this location are amazing! They went above and beyond by pulling items I wouldn't usually pick for myself, helping me style the items I tried on and offering kind, honest opinions. It is clear that they love their jobs and want to make customers fee and look their best.

This store has the best women assisting their customers. They made me feel like v.i.p. from the moment I walked in the door. The date of my service was 12/1 at 6 pm.... Please give both of them a raise!

Went in tonight to return an online order. I frequently shop this location. Manager was nice until she realized she wasn’t getting a sale from me. At that point I was criticized about my mask and it wasn’t high enough for her although it was to my nose. Your not Dr. Fauci, do what you do and that is sell clothes.

Expensive considering the quality, but they hold their staff to a high standard and really try to spend time with most of their customers. Unfortunately when I came in to shop with my teenage sister who is transgender, with long hair and ladies clothing, the manager Rachel who was working the floor asked her to wait out front while I tried on my clothes. Her intention had been to try on clothes with me. My sister was humiliated, and although she has some masculine features I wish they would have recognized that she was just as much of a woman as anyone else in the store. She came in women's clothing to buy women's clothing. If you run a women's boutique then you should take the time to assess how each woman chooses to present herself and help her feel like the princess she wants to be.
