I was very disappointed with the service I received. There was a lot of confusion and waste of time. I wasted nearly 45 minutes due to the inefficiency. It's frustrating because it took just two minutes for a more experienced staff member to resolve the issue.
The pharmacy technician is new and could benefit from additional training and proper supervision before dealing with customers!

Dirty. Trash in the lots and overflowing at the entrance trash cans. Pharmacy is overworked and under staffed. I blame corporate because they keep these pharmacies as low-staffed as possible to save money which really hurts the customers who have pharmacists rushing something as important as peoples medicines which in some cases could be life or death if they get wrong. I'm not mad at the local management here in this location. Walgreens corporate sucks for underpaying and understaffing. The district or regional manager for this area should be fired.

Giving 1 star only because it wouldn’t let me give 0 stars! Worst pharmacy ever! Incompetent staff, they have no business providing necessary medication’s to the community! I have been using this pharmacy for several years for a monthly medication for a family member and have always had problems. But it has gotten so much worse! Will never have another prescription filled here.

Fewer stars than 0. Really incompetent folks. Handed over a print prescription, was told to collect vaccine in 2 hours. Asked them if i could pick up next day, confirmed by pharmacist. Show up next morning- no vaccine yet! No calls, no text to let us know beforehand it had not arrived. Any they don't like being told on the face they’re incompetent. Apparently it is verbal abuse. Unbelievable!

I don’t typically write on reviews, but this pharmacy is the worst. They never have my prescription and they’re always sending me to a different location to get my prescription. I will not ever be coming back to this pharmacy.

WHAT STARTED OUT AS A RETRIEVAL OF A PHOTO ORDER TURNED INTO A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND A FAN OF WALGREENS!
On 5-11-24 I had the pleasure to meet with Desiree and Desya at the Walgreens at store 10276 3601 Davis Drive, Morrisville, NC.
When I entered, I went directly to the Photo Dept. I was greeted by Desiree who was enjoying preparing a canvass photo. She looked up and asked if I was there for a pickup. I said, “Yes, I am here for 2 orders of 4x6 prints and 2 orders of 8x10.” Desiree could not wait to see the photos again since she just processed them. As she went to the exact location, Desiree could not be more enthused by saying, “Your photos and Family are gorgeous!” She also did not miss an opportunity to promote other Walgreens products like putting some of them on canvass. Your promotion (this was sent to Walgreens HQ) got results by bringing me and all my family into your stores in MD and NC and NJ. Desya put the extra touch by enjoying our exchange. You cannot ask for a better experience from any employee in any type of service. Desiree and Desya deserve to be recognized and rewarded for being exceptional ladies who enjoy their jobs and customers. Your deals are great, and the products also deliver. Thanks!! Marion and John

pharmacy is abysmal. Waited on hold, was asked the same questions multiple times, was told they had something in stock then told my doctor to send it here, then called back to check on the status only to be told they were out of stock and it would take 5 days to refill. Insane levels of incompetence.

I have been checking for a whole day for a prescription to be filled. My prescription is not life threatening but I can't imagine what it would be like for those who had to wait days to get their prescription for days from this Walgreens when their life was on the line.

This has to be the most dysfunctional pharmacy ever. We have been customers for years and it has continued to go downhill to the point where they have literally lost our prescriptions or said they were filled/ready yet when we got there they said they never filled them. Medications we get regularly have been out of stock the last few months and the staff are rude and simply will ignore you if you chose to take the drive thru. We're in the process of switching our scripts to another pharmacy.

I would give zero star if i could. I ordered photos. I called the contact number located on the store's website today around 6:20 pm. I waited on the call for 15-20 minutes regarding the status of my pickup, but no one answered. The customer service is terrible, especially considering they charged for the products.
