Just moved to the area and found this shop next to Trader Joes. Needed a new set of glasses. Simple online booking process. Excellent in-store customer service all around - from optometrist, technician and front line employees. Entire process went like clockwork. Accepted my United Healthcare vision insurance with no problem. Will recommend to others

Our experience at Visionworks in Morrisville next to Trader Joe's. The Doctor and the staff were wonderful especially Selina and Orion. We had a great experience and it was like being around good friends. My wife was so happy to finally see with her new contacts and big thank you to the doctor taking the time to help her out??? I highly recommend this office in the Morrisville NC area

The very polite nice young man helped me by repairing the glasses eyeframe that had lost a screw. He also discussed my options for fixing another pair where the nose piece has broken. Such great service. I'll be back when I need new glasses. Thank you!

Nope, won't be going back. I have a foster child that needs a medical form filled out for any doctor's appointments. I gave the doctor the form at the appointment. She told me to return the following Tuesday to pick the form up. I went Tuesday after work. When I saw her, she said I'll be right back with the form. A few minutes later the front desk guy came out and said the doctor has the form at home and she will email it to me or I need to come back. I still don't have the form and it's been almost two weeks. This is a legal form needed by CPS for all foster children. Other than that the actual appointment went well and we got a new prescription.

Very unprofessional. Needed new glasses. Bought 2 pairs. Was not notified when they arrived (they had wrong phone number) They had my address incorrect also. They could not repair current glasses. NB this later done at For Your Eyes Only - successfully. Ordered progressive lenses but could not see anything. Returned to Vision Works. They remeasured and found the error.Now I wait 2 weeks for replacements.They never mentioned insurance.

I had made 2 trips so far and still Visionworks has not taken my frame order. Next time I am gonna change my insurance VSP as well because of Visionworks. Visionworks is the preferred vendor of my insurance and they can't pull my insurance coverage. First time they informed that another private doctor office has blocked my material coverage and after clearing that, they still unable to. The front staff is waste and they need training.

Terrible experience!! I made appointment online one week before, they sent me confirmation email and text. But at my reservation time, they just said the doctor is unavailable and busy. They can try to schedule me another time. So what is the point for reservations if they can not follow. And after reading other reviews, I am glad I did not come.

Love love LOVED this Visionworks. I moved to NC last year and I haven’t been able to get new glasses in almost 3 years and I was a bit nervous but it was for no reason. Everyone was so kind and friendly, all my questions were answered without frustration, and it was so nice talking to everyone. I decided I needed a change wanted to change the style ofMy frames and I sat there looking at different frames for a long time but I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will keep going to this Visionworks and I can’t wait to get my new frames!

I previously came in for a singular eye exam. The staff members at the front desk are clearly inexperienced. They struggled to get my insurance information. Asked me for my information multiple times even my social security which they wrote down on a piece of paper and refused to give back to me. Who knows where that ended up. Once the actual exam was over they tried charging me upwards of 1 thousand dollars for a singular eye exam with insurance. Beware

This place really needs to close, get it together (i.e., staff up, train/re-educate their employees properly) and have a grand re-opening. My initial experience was sub-par with long waits for assistance with getting me and my daughter's glasses, getting my insurance info entered/verified, etc.,I attempt to go in yesterday and I'm met with a handmade sign on the door that they're at lunch until 2, so I gotta go kill 25 mins. I return to get help with getting my kids glasses fixed and again understaffed, phone ringing off the hook, the two employees there are fumbling over their words and I had to wait 15 mins just to be told I should probably come back tomorrow when someone who knows more about repairs "may" be there. Been calling all morning and nobody is answering. Worst customer service, glasses options were limited. Forgot to mention they like to lock their doors 15 mins before they close and stare at you standing at the door. Sticking with MyEyeDr after this.

Zack was absolutely amazing at making me feel comfortable for my eye exam!! This was my first one in 3 years and I was def nervous. 10/10 experience!

Service was great in store, eye doctor was professional. They only item I had was my eye first appointment was cancelled less than 30 minutes before it was to start. I was in the parking lot of the company when it occurred. They quickly rescheduled. Glasses came in a timely manner and staff was great

1. They charged me co-pay even when my plan didn't needed one.2. Didn't disclose that doctor was going to be remote and not in office. I was told this after going to the place.3. Even after 5-6 weeks, I didn't get my contact lenses. I had to cancel the whole transaction.4. Charged me for some test on the fly before seeing a doctor. I was not told about additional charges beforehand.5. They had some trial contact lenses, they rushed me thru the trial process. Couldn't even get to put on one lens.Only good thing about this place is Ms. Rei! She is very knowledgeable and helpful! 5/5 starts for her.
