Renee - fantastic job. Thank you. This store is great. Next person up always jumps out of their seat to come and help before you can even get through the door. I've become a huge fan. Will go here for all of my Verizon needs. Did I say Renee was great? She was. She is. Subsequent visits, every single person jumped at the opportunity to assist me. I don’t know how I would manage without the assistance of my dedicated representative at Verizon Wireless. I trust her expertise and always follow her guidance. Recently, she relocated from Garner, NC to the Morrisville location near Cary. One morning, my cell phone was acting up, so I called her from my cell but then it went blank. I was unable to retrieve calls or texts the rest of the day until I was able to get off work. I tried calling her from a landline at her new stores location with no luck. It took me through an 800 type number and had me on hold for a long period of time. Since I had to work and couldn't wait on hold via this number , I decided to visit her in person after finishing work. Luckily, she was there and I called her name as soon as I walked in asking if she was busy. ? Denise, promptly attended to my urgent issue, ensuring I had a fully functional phone and everything else I needed as it was essential for my job. I was grateful for her swift and efficient help, sparing me the need to resort to a temporary solution. Despite missing her message due to my phone screen malfunction, I was immensely pleased with her assistance and attention to detail. She had indeed been trying to contact me to help me with my service. Denise McLean Castor has consistently provided exceptional service, and her professionalism and dedication have kept me loyal to Verizon. Her exceptional customer care sets her apart, and I have turned down offers from other providers due to the unparalleled support she offers. Denise's efficiency and reliability make all the difference, especially when time is of the essence. I am always relieved and less stressed after working with her, as she truly goes above and beyond for her customers. I wholeheartedly recommend Denise to all my family's businesses and friends within the community who are looking for outstanding service. For anyone looking for exceptional assistance, I highly recommend reaching out to Denise Castor at the Morrisville, NC location. I prefer to work with who I build my relationship with.and her exceptional customer service is a huge part of why we are there. She is dedicated to her not just her customers but also the company. Stay away!! Added “perks” we did not agree to. Put us on a plan that did not work in out area after we told them we couldn't change plans because we live in a remote area. Lost our service! Spent 7 hours at Verixon corporate and our phones still don't work because everything is so messed up!!

I got a new IPhone, there was a mixup with the pricing and set up of the new phone. Denise greeted us (my daughter and I), she was warm and friendly. I shared the situation with her and not only was she able to help me return the phone but also, she lowered my bill.
I’m going to be going to her when the new iPhone is released in September where I hope to also get a deal on a smart watch for my daughter. It’s clear she has a passion for keeping our children safe, as she mentioned getting a watch for my daughter in September during the promo season, to help keep her safe - and for her to be able to reach me anytime she needs.
I’m so thankful to get to partner with Denise on my phone needs and sincerely appreciate her looking out for my daughter as well. I was surprised to learn today was her first day at the Morrisville Store - and asked for her managers information, as I believe good service and good people should be rewarded for their integrity and kindness.
I thought to write a post here as well so that others can go to a trusted resource. I’m going to also share the message with my fb friends - we all need to look after one another, if u have any issues or are in the market for a new Verizon device or service - go ask for Denise, you won’t be disappointed.

Billy is THE. MAN. I expected to be in the store for awhile in order to get a new phone, but I was in and out in half the time. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I wish every experience I had with technology was like this!

Billy is spectacular. I just got a new phone and was in and out of the store in less than 45 minutes with all of my information from my old phone already transferred to the new one. He is knowledgable, engaging, kind, and made the transition easy. I would highly recommend getting a new phone from Billy at this location!

Tanner helped my daughter with her new phone and our new line of service. He was helpful despite not being the one who completed the original transaction. He was kind and knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone. Great customer service!!

My daughter and I walked in and heard an immediate and friendly “good morning!”.
I had traveled 20+ miles to this store because I had heard about the customer service and was not disappointed. Billy was fast, friendly, and focused. He even explained why my SIM
card wasn't working. This store manager multi tasks and rolls up his sleeves. Soon enough we were on our way. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Billy, the manager at Verizon, and Don, one of his sales representatives. I was thoroughly impressed by their outstanding customer service and professionalism.
Billy went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and accurately. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Don, the sales representative was equally impressive, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the products and services, and providing excellent recommendations based on my needs.
