I did an address change, but a month later I am at my new address and have not gotten ANY mail forwarded to me. I know when I moved in, the previous renters’ mail was stuffed in my box, so I suspect my mail is stuffed in the box still, too. I received a confirmation, so I can’t imagine what the excuse is.

Tried to cash a US Treasury check here. 1st person didn't know if I could, the 2nd person said let me see if I have the money. Didn't even check to see if they had the money and said they couldn't. I asked how did they know, is there a balance for cash they can see on the computer because she didn't even get up to check the 3 other registers, nor the 1 she was sitting in front of. Didn't even ask for the amount I was trying to cash it for, just said "it was a slow cash day", "they didnt have it" and could try another post office.

I have a flower shop business and I always see this nice Hispanic girl delivering my mail to my door and always friendly and keeping everything nice but I don't see her the last 2 months I ask another mail carrier and he tell me she was going is to bad she is going she was so nice plus she was the only Hispanic person working on that office and for usps in Morrisville good employees always go

Despite all the negative reviews I like this location. They have the self service option to speed up the process. Then despite the line being long they were still very friendly and moved swiftly. No complaints on my end. Wish when people leave comments they put the whole story up. Yes some people have bad customer service but you aren’t the only customer and they can’t jump just for you.

the best USPS I’ve been to in my life! So quick and efficient. The employees are also reliable and kind. I exclusively go to this USPS location! I always have the same clerk, gentleman on 01, and he is awesome and super helpful.
