The front desk staff at this shop are not customer-friendly at all. They’re unhelpful even when you’re clearly stuck or need assistance. Their attitude towards customers is disappointing, and the service feels slow and inefficient. The overall experience was frustrating and far from satisfactory.

OMG this store is the best I was able to get a package shipped out. The gentleman was so helpful. Kind of forgot his name but it is employee ideas. 205103. Got it off the receipt. He was awesome. Also, the manager and her daughter were also helpful as well Helping me to get something printed . This store if it was a hotel, it would be 10 stars

I consistently use this ups store to send my couriers because they are always on time, handle the details perfectly, and I trust their service. Their reliability and professionalism make them my go-to choice every time

Not a customer friendly. I hope staff can show some respect to customers and do their job with enthusiasm.
I had return barcode that indicated 'customer packed'. I had packed the box myself, but UPS didn't accept my parcel and instead asked me to buy $8 empty box. I also removed the old labels that were there since I had used a previously used box that I had in spare. Box was nicely packed. I have my own tape gun.
I just went to the other UPS store and my parcel was returned without any questions asked.
So this UPS is different UPS with its own rules??
This is not the first time I had bad experience. I would recommend not to use this store. There are many other UPS stores around.

The girl working the counter is extremely efficient (wish I knew her name!) There was a line all the way back to the door and she got everyone taken care of in less than 5 min

Most incompetent ups store. Don’t ever trust your important documents. I thought ups was the place to go, and trusted them with my visa documents. I’m gonna be suing for damages.
I paid 125 dollars for next day air was guaranteed delivery. I was in the store at 2 pm. These incompetent tools didn’t ship my package until after hours and had the audacity to tell me I had come in after hours. The package did not deliver the next day because of that. And guess what, the place I was shipping was closed on the weekend and Monday was a federal holiday. Shipment is late for additional 4 days. My documents ship back to me promptly, but the storm hits. And keep in mind i wouldnt deal with it if these people had done their jobs at the store and shipped the package promptly in the first place. Shipment is stuck in Durham for 5 a week. They say inclement weather, it snowed one day, and it was sunny the others. I understand one day late but a week? I had to pay fines. They refuse to pay me back because apparently it’s out of their control. How is it? It’s not because they didnt do their job in the first place. I’m gonna seek reimbursement in court. Don’t ever come here for more than amazon returns. In fact even with those, get the receipts. Get your proof. I’ll let the corporate know as well.

I don't have any option to give negative stars here i would have select those and the staff here is so rude to the customers. I got a email from return label creator saying that they can print the label for me. I tired to show it to them but they even care about it and said we need to charge for it $2.67 just for a single return label print. They don’t even listen to me and lady over here so rude and reckless to customers. Strong recommendation *Please avoid this UPS store if possible #Store5622worst
