I went into the UPS Store seeking help with a notary, and was given prompt and courteous service by Alejandro Arias. This man is a godsend, and deserves a promotion for his professionalism. Customer service at its finest. I recommend all to stop by this location.

I’ve dropped off packages here and Amazon returns many times. Staff is always nice to me. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but that’s not a big deal. Plenty of parking.

The staff at this UPS site are so efficient I'm always in-and-out in less than 5 minutes. They seem to have this job down to a science. I am usually shipping out when I visit, and it is literally easier than any other UPS location I've visited.

I always go to this UPS Store location at 1204 Village Market Place, because it's so convenient to get to and park! Plus they serve me quickly and don't waste my time. If I have a problem they guide me and help me. I recommend them for Amazon returns, they are super fast.

The evening staff in this store are very rude and they are good for only to scan QR codes to take returns, for anything else it’s a big task for them. They charged $2.18 to apply tape on two sides of a box. Looking at the expression they have on their face, I feel they might even ask to pay if we ask even one additional question. They messed up with my passport photos and when asked to reprint he says you will have to pay again, when I said that wasn’t my fault, he did print it and cut it bad again ?. I’m sharing this after multiple personal experiences with these guys and seeing customers yelling at them. UPS I know you can do better than this ?.

They couldn’t ship out my work equipment with two boxes. They claimed it can only be in one when I had literally two different labels. They also claimed they couldn’t ship out a monitor because they didn’t have any packing protection filler, even though the monitors already broken. They couldn’t do it due to “policy” when in reality they’re lazy af!They need new management and a new team, I’ve never dealt with such ignorance. It’s a UPS store, how hard could your job possibly be?!!Unbelievable.
