I’ve always had a rather positive experience with this UPS( village market place), staff was very courteous and got stuff done quickly. But yesterday I visited the store in the evening, had to make a few Amazon returns. The man there at the desk was rude, brusque and sarcastic at some point, he seemed to have the demeanor as if he was doing a huge favor on me. I understand that everyone has a bad day but that’s no reason to treat your customers badly!

I went for drop off at 4:15 on Saturday at morrisville UPS store (1204 village market place, Morrisville 27560 ) and found the store was closed already. I think they need to update the timing on the web. Disappointed. I wish I had the pictures of the door shut before 4:15.

Staff is polite and diligent. The space is clean. Sometimes there is a line at peak hours but generally I come in and out as lightning.

I went into the UPS Store seeking help with a notary, and was given prompt and courteous service by Alejandro Arias. This man is a godsend, and deserves a promotion for his professionalism. Customer service at its finest. I recommend all to stop by this location.

I’ve dropped off packages here and Amazon returns many times. Staff is always nice to me. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but that’s not a big deal. Plenty of parking.

The staff at this UPS site are so efficient I'm always in-and-out in less than 5 minutes. They seem to have this job down to a science. I am usually shipping out when I visit, and it is literally easier than any other UPS location I've visited.

I always go to this UPS Store location at 1204 Village Market Place, because it's so convenient to get to and park! Plus they serve me quickly and don't waste my time. If I have a problem they guide me and help me. I recommend them for Amazon returns, they are super fast.
