DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM HERE. Charged us $20 FOR DROPPING OFF 18 HOURS EARLY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. READ REVIEWS HERE AND QWIK PACK MORRISVILLE. Last good review there was from movers who work for them. They are not honest and will take your money. Went out of their way to tell us how to drop off early, and did not tell us there would be an extra undisclosed charge. When I called he went around and round in circles telling me I should have gotten a text, which I didn't get. Not honest or helpful. Even told me he could reverse the charge but didn't. They'd rather have your money than have integrity and have good customer service.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS STORESThere are other stores with excellent service, super staff within 2miles from here at old apex road.The staff members Iqbal and James at the place 9591 Chapel Hill Road place are too arrogant and their manual errors they are calling as system glitch. They should be fired on the reviews and feedback from the customers. The two representatives are the ones who served us and they themself have no coordination among themselves. They kept asking us for the same documents for at least four times God knows what they were doing with the system and lastly they asked us to leave the stores and not be willing to do the business. The way Iqbal speaks with the customers is worst.There were 2/3 customers who walked in and they were overcharged because of all invalid reasons. Also, please read the contract before signing with them as they go by the contract and not by their word's they agreed on. They will overcharge you for extra time or cleaning, etc. Instead go to other stores nearby.

They charged me 2x more than expected from U-Haul instore pickup price for a box I needed. This place may be a goto for shipping needs. But since they charged me double, I cannot recommend this place to anyone unless they are willing to pay double the price.

No moving equipment available, (Dollie’s and pads) but owner of location said I could rent his, not U-Haul’s for a higher cost and only during his business hours and not the 24/7 rental time I requested.

When I rented the truck, the person who took the reservation for me was tapping the little pad and asked if I wanted coverage. I declined and he kept tapping and tapping. I was charged $10 for that coverage anyways. When I asked about it he said oh I’ll talk to the manager and call you about a refund and never did. Also, when I used the truck (7/8 miles TOTAL) it took $12 in gas!! Who over had it on “full” was not actually on “full”. The truck was parked on a whole different side of the building than the manager or whoever took my order said it was and I spent over half an hour in the July heat trying to figure out where my truck was. When I went to him to ask he just told me that it was where he said it was. I had to go look through the other lot behind the building to find it on my own. Absolutely the worst uhaul experience I have EVER had!! I will not be back here!

11:30 on a Saturday, supposed to be open. Lights on, Sign in window Be back shortly, call if assistance needed. Told they would be back between 1 and 2. REALLY??? The busiest moving day of the week.

We found out after 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 2/23/22, that we needed a truck on Thursday. It was the last weekend of the month and online showed all trucks were rented. We called and the person who answered the phone said he would look and call us back, as someone was there to pick up a truck. At 5:58 (6:00 closing time) we had given up that he had blown us off. He called us back and said he could not find a truck but he had passed it up the line and they said they would find us a truck. Within the hour we had a call saying they had a truck for us. We appreciate him going above and beyond. for us. I know when we need a truck in the future, we will definitely use them.

Be careful! He wanted to overcharge me for mileage! Thankfully I had an picture evidence, for the mileage when starting the car. He said I am sorry people lie about mileage. He needs to track mileage himself not asking people if he does at all! In my case he checked the truck after return.
