“We found out after 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 2/23/22, that we needed a truck on Thursday. It was the last weekend of the month and online showed all trucks were rented. We called and the person who answered the phone said he would look and call us back, as someone was there to pick up a truck. At 5:58 (6:00 closing time) we had given up that he had blown us off. He called us back and said he could not find a truck but he had passed it up the line and they said they would find us a truck. Within the hour we had a call saying they had a truck for us. We appreciate him going above and beyond. for us. I know when we need a truck in the future, we will definitely use them.”
