Check-in process for the service was easy and efficient, with an estimate of cost up front. While I waited for the work to be done, I was able to monitor the status of the work / progress via their monitor board. Repair tech did a great job and was able to complete job in about one hour, all at a very reasonable cost.”

“Amazing service. I was having an issue with my tire while heading to work this morning. I anxiously found a nearby tire shop. The first shop I went to didn't have the tire I needed and referred me to Black's Tire Service. The first placed warned me that I wouldn't make it far with my tire. When I got to Black's I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me in a timely manner. Not only did they complete my service quickly they were very affordable, kind and professional. I had a great experience and will be back!”

“A friend’s tire went flat and we put a spare on. Took the tire to Discount Tire. Turns out is was just a puncture and they patched it and put it back on. Colman was awesome. So helpful. We all were visiting from out of town for an event, and thanks to Colman and the other guys on the team, it didn’t spoil the event!”
“I had a bolt in my tire and they repaired it for free which I though was nice and a cool way to gain new customers. i decided to get my tires rotated and balanced here and while rotating my rear wheel stud snapped off apparently. I called the place they recommended to repair it and they said Discount Tire should pay for it. It is around 250 bucks. When I requested that they said it was on me because the stud was "worn" and the metal "softened". I pushed, but they just pushed back so I just left. the stub was not rusted and I spark tested the broken piece when I got home and it was definitely hard so seems pretty clear it was over torqued. I decided to do the repair myself to avoid the cost and the guy at the auto parts store agreed it was over torqued. When I took the tire off the other 4 lug nuts came off fine. So just be careful as if they break your car they will try and not take responsibility for it and leave you holding the bag.
UPDATE: Manager reached out and took care of the broken stud and was prepared to balance my other tire if needed as well. Wasn't expecting thay, happy with how it all turned out.”

“Couldnt be happier with their service. Our commercial van, a Nissan NV2500, had a flat tire. Called Piedmont and was greeted by Mia who was quite responsive to our request. They picked up a tire that matches the other three and deployed their mobile service to where my van was. The tech showed up and swapped the tire out with efficiency and friendliness and off he went. Could not be any easier than that . Great experience.”
