Everything is someone else’s fault, constant outages around 12am. If your looking for a table internet connection look elsewhere even if it cost more it’s worth it.

Never had an issue with Spectrum. When construction cut fiber optics spectrum was there to fix quickly. Would choose spectrum over any other service

Working for Time Warner Cable in the past, Miguel Deleon, Thomas Bogue are some of the worst human being to ever exist. Asked me to service another job site after working 8 hours straight with no breaks. Being thrown under the bus to make themselves look better. Being abused by customers. Really made my life a living hell when i was trying to pay my bills and feed myself. Worst company to ever exist. Just read the other reviews on here.

Worse than the dmv. They tacked on a 20 dollar tv charge that we didn't sign up for half way through the year. Customer support very slow

I have been without cable and wifi off and on for a week. I have had 2 service techs out here and the second tech had it working but put in a service order for something to be done out at the box on the street. A service truck came out a 9.30 last night but whatever they did killed my internet again. Now i am tpld that it will be next Tuesday before anyone will come back. It lacks any customer service to not make us a priorty repair. There is no accountability with this company. When talking to their customer service person i was unhappy with her response and asked for a supervisor none was available. I guess i will see if ATT or another providor values my business.

Terrible company. They will Jack your rates up then you have the haggle. But you can only do it once. We have fiber in our area now people, go to another company that's worth the money!! 70$for internet with them after your initial 6 months or year. I'm now paying 40 for fiber!! Awesome speed! Screw sprectrum!
