Never had an issue with Spectrum. When construction cut fiber optics spectrum was there to fix quickly. Would choose spectrum over any other service

The actual internet service provided is excellent and well priced. But God bless ya if you have to call customer service. Twice I’ve done it. Twice I’ve waited almost an hour. Both times I was passed from person to person, with massive wait times in between (5-45 minutes...)

The service was quick and efficient. The monthly rates can be a little costly for the tv/internet/landline phone combination (which I currently have), but it's worth it because the programming, etc. seldom goes out.
