Good collection and well managed. Good for family shopping and they have too many billing counters so easy to manage the crowd during rush hours.all the online deals are available to the store and staff members are nice.

During the "Era of COVID-19" restrictions in the Spring of 2020, this Target store did their best to keep stock of essentials. I found that this Target did a better job than most stores across several other chains when it came to inventory - if you were smart enough to go first thing when they opened ravenous morning. However, with reduced staff working the regular POS registers, Target has opted to install more self check-out POS systems which slow down the check out portion of the customer experience. Also, I see a bit of laziness in some of the white male employees that are choosing to gather and hang out chattering in small grioups. You cab find them all over - chatting over by the carts is their favorite place but you can also find them hiding back behind the aisles over near the pharmacy and makeup areas. If you need help, they seem bothered when you ask. Also, I rarely see folks that are African American, especially males, working registers or in roles where they are visible and that's VEEY problematic. I hope to see changes soon or me and my wallet will go elsewhere because other places can offer similar experiences Woodhouse the passion points I've mentioned above. .However, all that begin said, I want to leave this feedback on a high note, The order fulfillment and pickup process has been flawless and VERY helpful to me. Things typically ALWAYS go smoothly when I use this free "drive-up" service. I appreciate having this very handy option as a busy working professional trying to balance home and work. It allows me to get what I need fast and get on with my day. I even tell all my friends about this service and they rave about it as well! Thank you to the team working in this area. PLEASE keep up the great work, In a nutshell, there are areas of improvement that should be like "plucking low hanging fruit from the plum tree" - things that i nebulous are easy to identify and very easy to fix with the right managerial talent, but the other solutions will take more time. All we need is intention and you'll see the changes unfolds stocky. God kick!

Target's can be a little crazy so I'm cutting them some slack. All that to say they are better than all the other Targets and WalMarts in the area. Definitely prefer this one to the others.

Always a disappointment when I shop here. They have not restocked the NASCAR Authentics in months. Empty shelves everywhere.

This Target store in Morrisville isn't our preferred Target in the Triangle. We stopped by to pick up a handful of things we needed because we were in the area. Overall, our experience was fine.Pros:- It's Target (we're generally fans) and it's big.- Customer service was A-OK.Cons:- This Target seemed to be out of stock of more items than a typical Target; maybe we were just unlucky on this particular visit.- Generally, the produce didn't look great. A lot of it looked old. My wife wanted to buy some onions. She grabbed a bag and put it back because the onions looked bad.- The food section was out of a lot of meats.- While customer service at this location was A-OK, it wasn't great like the service we've consistently received at the Target in Durham on Renaissance Pkwy. Our preferred Target in the Triangle is the aforementioned Durham SE location: That location is bigger and has more to offer all around, especially groceries.Items we picked up here included:* S'ip by S'well bottle cleaning brush - $10.99* Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Gel Value Pack - $7.48 (marked down)* Good & Gather Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops - $3.99* Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser (16 oz) - $9.59* "Welcome" Door Mat - $12.99* Threshold Foldable Wooden Bamboo Dish Drying Rack - $19.99We've been happy with all of the purchases. The bottle cleaning brush was a little expensive, but it's a finer quality product so we were OK paying a small premium. My wife cooked the pork chops and they were tender and delicious. We currently use the door mat at our new apartment in Chapel Hill. I should note it left some "shavings" or tiny bristles/residue in my car because it was new and still "shedding." The mat is sturdy, durable, and so far, has worked out well.I'm glad I suggested the bamboo dish drying rack to my wife. At first, she wanted to simply get one of the more standard insulated wire-framed racks. Not only is the wooden version foldable, but it's multi-level, more versatile (it can handle a variety of dishware and eating utensils better), higher quality, and easier on the ears (no clanging) and eyes (looks nicer). In the end, not a bad Target.

Go to the one in cary this place is horrible. While checking out I really felt like I was being racially profiled the lady that was helpin wit self checkout was watching my every move standing behind me while makin my purchases had to ask her to move away because I felt uncomfortable. This happens almost every other time I visit. The customer service is HORRIBLE always felt like I was being rushed. On another incident I placed an online order for pickup 2 items I go into the store to pick up the lady tell me I will b 4 hours for 2 items !!!!!! I can't take this anymore I high DO NOT recommend comin my to this target.

Let me start off by saying I love the set up of this Target store however I have experienced what I believe to be racial profiling here as well. I have kept quiet about it until today as I experienced another issue which I will get to. When it happened the first time the cashier (usually works weekend mornings with blonde hair) came around the cash register as I was putting items on the belt and watched me as if I was planning on stealing. This was unprofessional and rude! I said nothing because I felt embarrassed and shamed. The second time she did the same thing and this time I was pissed. Again said nothing though. You may ask why I went to her register again but she is the only cashier in the mornings on the weekend. After that instance I did self checkout instead. Today I heard her talking about me to another employee in front a customer which is the epitome of terrible customer service. I'm not one to complain (read my other reviews) however I can't sit quiet any longer. I was told the manager was Keena. Keena please reach out to me. I can't imagine this is your standard customer service.

This is the Target closest to where I live and the CVS located inside of it is my pharmacy. I frequent this Target 2-4 times a week. The CVS pharmacy itself gets 5 stars. All of the pharmacists are super nice and professional and I love doing business with them. The Target itself is a different story. The Bullseye section is almost ALWAYS unorganized and never full of anything. Just a bunch of empty bins filled with miscellaneous stuff. The employees also aren't the friendliest. I can maybe count on my fingers how many nice employees work here. I was checking out at the self checkout today and bought shampoo & conditioner. Each bottle had a $5 off coupon that I scanned with no problem and the discounts were applied. Once I finished checking out, the light went off signaling that an employee needed to come collect my coupons. I waited for a minute or 2, and finally someone showed up clearly annoyed. He punched in his numbers, put his hand out like I owed him something, took the coupons away without saying a word. I'm not one to complain about customer service-- I know they are overworked and tired and customers can be crappy but geez! Would it kill any of them to smile? This is not the first time either. This Target as a whole is not my favorite but, alas, it is the most convenient!

I frequent this Target 3-5 times a week. So the following incident was highly disappointing. Pretty sure a white employee racially profiled me when making a purchase here. I was at checkout with a purse and she came up to me and said "can I check all the pockets on this?" I said sure but then felt uncomfortable because it felt so strange. I asked if they did this for everyone and she said "yeah some people just get through." I've bought purses from Target before and the one I was carrying was also purchased from there and I've never had anyone check. Is this normal? Didn't seem normal. I sent in my experience to Target and their response was that they are going to "share my experience with the team" which does absolutely nothing.

I can't imagine not loving this Target store. It's the staff! They are wonderful! Ever so busy but ever so helpful! This is a large, spacious store and carries almost everything you'd want and expect at the chain. The groceries are fresh, the collection of apparel is superb and options for household are stellar. Even if the cashier has been ringing up customers for an hour without a break they will still be super nice super happy and excited. It makes a whole lot of difference when the staff treats you well and it is why my family always shops here!

Mogambo K. is an awful customer, and acts like a total j*** to service workers. The workers, particularly Troy and Keena, are very kind and respectful to customers. I had a great experience, and was right behind in line during Mogambo's transaction. He was a total j**** and they were doing nothing but trying to fix their issues. I respect the workers at Target!

Had to give them one so I did.... the manager in costumer services after a long three trip ordeal to target tell another employee as she slammed the register " just give him his F&$@ing money back" She then calls the cops and said I assaulted her. Got surrounded by 3 cops bc of her allegation. The police watched the video. And saw that there was clearly no assault and let me leave. But not till after I was trespassed by a store employee. So if you want an employee to lie to the cops and say you assaulted her, just try to return something with a recite emailed to you from the target corporate office guest services.
