went there to get a new phone terrible sales associate tricked my dad from an older plan to newer one was told it would only cost a little bit more ended being charged for 2 extra lines that he didn't ask for and an 800 dollar phone bill. stay away from this store ended up going to a different location to get it fixed and we were advised to never go back to that location again.

We recently got a new phone upgrade last week and the people at this T-Mobile store scammed us by adding protection 360 add-on costing extra $18 per month to our account without our consent.They also tricked us into buying syncup trackers saying that’s the only way we can get the forever upgrade plan that we had started in 2021 (even though we had completed 24 payments out of 30). We later found that everyone else was getting the upgrade without buying any trackers. We called T-Mobile customer support who also confirmed that we didn’t have to buy the trackers and we should return them to the store.This store refused to take the trackers back after 2 weeks saying the return window is over.

We have visited this store 3 times and each time there has been an issue. The first was the phone we wanted to purchase was not in stock. The second was a new phone was purchased but took several hours to transfer old phone configurations to the new phone. This was because the store network internet speed is extremely slow. Gave up and took the phone to our 1 gigabit network and completed the setup in less than 1 minute. Third issue was wanted to activate a SIM card, we were informed that their system to do so had been down for 3 days with no timeline of return to availability. We were directed to the store on O'Kelly Chapel as being just a couple of miles away.

Have been T-mobile customer for several years. My upgrade is not even sold any longer because of too many issues. No new phone and terrible customer service.

How T-Mobile treats you !No T-Mobile plan is compatible with an iPhone5. Yet an agent at the T-Mobile store at 1016 Market center drive, in Morrisville NC sold us a $10/m plan in December 2022. When we realized that the plan did not work, we asked for a refund of $22.10 (plan + sim). This was refused by the store who told us to contact T-Mobile at 611. They promised on a dozen occasions to mail us a check, which never came. Would you call this incompetence or deception ??

I went here today as my iPhone 14 that I've only for 2 months would not power on. The guy took a quick look at it and immediately told me I would have to go to the Apple Store as my phone was in "perfect condition" (no cracks, drops, water damage, etc) which means it's a defect that it wasn't covered by my T-Mobile insurance. Long story short, I took it to the Apple Store and all that was required was a hard reset. I was in and out of Apple in 5 minutes. With that said, it could've been a trip saved if the Tmobile employee would've at least tried to help! If Tmobile is going to sell Apple products it would be great to have employees in stores who at least try to help the customers before sending them off to Apple! Vert disappointing.

Good experience calling on the phone but a very long wait just wanting to buy a simple phone charger so I left empty handed. Purchased the charger at Target instead. Next time I will go to the T-Mobile in Tryon Village. It is further away but more spacious and better customer service so it is worth the longer drive. Probably not going to come to this T-Mobile location again if I can help it. Very small and crowded.

Refused to provide the service, Highly Dissatisfied -This store doesn't even know the process of trade in devices. I went to the store the other day they said they can't login to systems as manager unavailable.Next day I went into the store speaking to the manager he said the trade in phone needs to be unlocked to be trade in to T-Mobile. I asked him I can see drop down options saying carriers list that I need to choose, no where I can find the unlocked option. Manager mentioned every phone will be tied to a carrier that owns the device. I said this doesn't make sense because what if I purchase an iphone from Apple store directly paying full price? That ain't tied to any carrier in this case, instead of answering to my question he simply skips the topic and arguing saying every phone will be tied to a carrier..This doesn't make any sense at all because most of the phones come unlocked without any carrier ties.. This store manager doesn't even know what's the correct information and they don't follow any process. The information I get from customer care is different from the information I got in this store... Since he doesn't know the process he's more worried that his paycheck might be effected doing the process of trade in ...Highly dissatisfied!!!

A big thank you to Ms Rozz! I stopped by the store for information on an upgrade. After I asked her to help this technological deficient man with help on as issue I was having with a PDF. Rozz was most patient and extremely helpful in solving my problem. I’ll be back to the store soon for that IPhone upgrade!!

Rozz at this store was amazing! After dealing with a big issue for 2 weeks, she was FINALLY able to resolve the problem! At least 6 other people had dealt with it and she saved the day!!

Matthew was very helpful today. He helped us resolve a billing issue that seemed very suspicious. Matthew was our hero today, he got on the line with customer service after we had been on hold for more than half an hour. He gave us great advice and remained professional throughout the entire interaction.
