My family and I have visited Strive for 12 years... we're a busy, athletic family with the occasional injury and Grace (+ Team) is always there to take exceptional care of us!

Grace has done so much for my TMJ. She knows just what part of my jaw to work on, and her work is very effective. He's also delightful to talk with.

TMJ and BACK EXPERT - Grace is one of the few providers of TMJ physical therapy in the Triangle, and I experienced significant relief under her care. She is one of the foremost experts nationally on TMJ and she understands the connections between systems in the body such that she can more quickly identify solutions than other PT providers I have seen (and I have seen many.) I also experienced relief of low back and hip pain after she correctly diagnosed and expertly treated my issue. Her practice is in Cary and while it may be a hike for those living in Chapel Hill or Durham, I cannot stress enough how worthwhile it is to go see her. RE: Negative reviews from March 2019 and 2017 -- Grace's team has had quite a bit of turnover in the receptionist position, in large part due to some of these issues. The current team is highly professional, clear with expectations and fees, and organized with the schedule. I would expect nothing short of a comfortable, professional and family-style atmosphere for your visit.

My experience with the office assistant alone was enough to make me not want to come to this place. I've been trying to get an appointment with Grace for several weeks now for my husband who is experiencing severe pain with his foot. Grace came highly recommended for dry needling, and so we decided to give it a try. I received a call the office last night saying that we had an appointment scheduled for 9AM this morning. Because I had made 2 appointments, one for myself and one for my husband, I decided to give my husband the appointment since he was in such pain. It turns out that the appointment was not for us and it was for someone else. I then proceeded to ask if there would be any other availability since we've been trying to get an appointment for the last 2-3 weeks. She then proceeds to fight with me saying that my husband missed his first appointment and that's why we haven't been able to get in as Grace is very busy. I told her that we never received a reminder and that I thought we would have gotten a call the night before, like we did with the mix up appointment today. She continues to argue with me and states that we need to be more responsible. First off, why are you arguing with your potential clients? I understand that it was our fault that we missed the first appointment but why are you giving me attitude about it. Secondly, I'm trying to rebook an appointment and you're literally arguing with me about it and not allowing me to. Thirdly, if you are this rude to a potential client, why would I try to make another appointment? I wish I could tell you how the PTs are at Strive but unfortunately, I never got to experience treatment here. The encounter that I had with the office assistant today was bad enough for me to go elsewhere.
