I continuously travel to country for work, and this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It began after I had been there for a week and I noticed someone from the hotel used my card on file to take money out of my bank account in the middle of the night. I was told to come to the front desk to talk to the Manager. So, on 11-18-23, at 2:55pm, I go downstairs to the reception desk, asked to speak with the manager, and this repulsive woman named “Elizabeth” immediately starts screaming at me in the lobby. I asked for the manager again, and I asked for his contact information, and she continued to scream at me in the lobby, in front of other customers, in the middle of the day. I calmly reminded her that her job is customer service, she has no right or reason to scream at me, and I would not be down here at all had they been doing their job (along with the theft my key card wasnt working.) she continue to scream at me, scream over me, threaten me, and told me if I did not shut my mouth, she would throw me out or have me removed. So there I am standing there with my three year old daughter, and this evil psychotic woman threatens to have me forcibly removed from the hotel, with my dogs and all my belongings still in the room. Hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life. My company spends over $1 million a year at staybridge, and for this company and the hotel to allow its customers to be treated like this is absurd. For a hotel to allow its receptionist to threaten its members, threaten to have a police remove them when questioned about transactions, and have them separated from all their belongings because she is in a bad mood is absolutely outrageous. I don’t know what kind of business is taking place here, but the fact that she still works at the front desk with the customers of the hotel at her mercy is mine blowing. Furthermore, I know this is not an isolated incident because I have heard several other Hotel customers complain about “the hateful old woman at the desk.”

My boyfriend and I travel for his work. We have been here 2 weeks and will be here probably another 2 weeks. This hotel is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. Steve and Adoara are wonderful. The housekeeper, Higinia (I apologize if spelled wrong) did such and amazing job on our room. I work out on my computer in the room and the WiFi was sufficient. The socials 3 nights a week are fantastic. I wish I new the ladies name that cooks for it most of the time but she does a fabulous job. And breakfast is alway wonderful as well. My only complaint is the beds are hard, lol. But that is nothing to do with the staff. It is well lit, and pet friendly. Was not a bad price for us to have our dog for the month. Cheaper than many other places we’ve stayed. Definitely recommend. ?

Stayed here with my family for 2 nights. During the first night my infant soiled the crib sheet in the crib provided by the hotel. I called 3 times total trying to get a clean crib sheet. Was offered a full sized sheet each time. I of course declined since using loose or soft bedding in a crib is very dangerous. On the last call I was told someone would leave the crib sheet in my room. Instead I returned to find the crib was wrapped in a full sized fitted sheet and had a folded flat sheet placed on top. All of this is extremely dangerous and could lead to an infant suffocating in the crib. Immediately removed the dangerous bedding and my infant spent 2 nights sleeping on a urinated crib sheet. Not the experience we expected. Also, the room was dusty, the carpet had many stains, and the air vents visibly dusty. The kitchen cabinets were greasy and kitchen floor sticky. We have stayed in many hotels and this is one of the worst experiences thus far. Have no plans in staying in another IHG hotel in the future.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and their staff. Literally EVERYONE was so helpful and kind. I pretty much live in hotels for work and this one stands out as one of my absolute favorites. Steve is an awesome manager and super kind. The gentleman that shuttled me to the airport (i think his name was Joe) was amazing!! He showed great concern for us passengers getting to our destination safely. Next time I'm down that way Ill be sure to stop back in!!Laura GriselRooms: Super clean and comfy. My only request would be USB plug ins. LolSafety: It's in a very safe, well lighted areaFood & drinks: They offer social night 3 nights a week!!

OMG, Ashley was awesome! She tried to help with shuttle service, but our son's plane didn't land b4 1:00am. I even received a special bag. Ashley, even called to check on us after check in. Clean rooms, only concerns are no USB charging ports in room and water pressure. I love Staybridge ?Food & drinks: Mexican, Waffle House, Walmart, Texas Steakhouse, Bojangles and airport!

It’s a bit of an older hotel but was very clean in all areas and staff was friendly and courteous. 4 stars because I couldn’t fully enjoy the nice room off the lobby because of the constant loud rattling coming from one of the beverage coolers in the dining area. Please Fix!

Made reservations. Arrived to hotel and noticed a smell throughout the hotel. Not pleasant. Very dated and not so clean. Reservations were wrong. Over charged, front desk could not explain why and could not refund. When arriving into room, appeared clean- but smelled and dated. Started to get comfy with family and noticed baby roaches running everywhere. Checked out IMMEDIATELY. BEWARE!!!!!! I don’t have BUGS and definitely DO NOT WANT TO BRING BUGS HOME WITH ME. ? I have never wanted a travel trailer more.

Rooms are a bit dated and in need of updating/remodeling but the customer service here is unmatched to any hotel I’ve been at. Very Friendly staff, prompt to take care of any issues and amazing social hours!! Highly recommended hotel. Would be even better if it was updated. Only drawback here.

The hotel has been here awhile and shows it's age. The ground floor had several spots where past or current water damage is evident. Pet friendly as are the staff. Breakfast is worth the visit and rotates daily. The mattresses were firmer than any of us preferred, definitely geared for overseas guests. I've stayed in better and worse long term stay hotels, it's near the airport but you couldn't tell from within the rooms. A wide assortment of restaurants are a short drive away, several are within walking distance if laying over.

Clean rooms in good condition. Pleasant desk staff. But what really makes it 5 stars - solid happy hour reception. Ton of guests were down for food and drinks and the staff busted their butts making sure food and drink was kept filled and checking on guests making sure they had what they needed.Kudos for both the hard work and attention to detail.

DO NOT stay here. I wish I could give it zero stars. I have never encountered this kind of disrespect and unprofessionalism at any hotel. I should have read the reviews prior to staying. I have stayed at multiple IHG hotels throughout the country. The front desk clerk is absolutely horrible complaining about her job in front of guests and complaining about guests to other guests. Reading the previous reviews leaves me to wonder why they continue to keep the rude unprofessional hitel workers.

While the hotel was clean and comfortable, the airport shuttle was unreliable at best. It took three phone calls and more than 45 minutes to be picked up. When calling for the third time, as we sat with 3 small children in the hear, the front desk worker was extremely rude.

Very great place for family stay. Two queen beds suite.Pros:Room is clean. The kitchen has everything we need, plates, cups, pots, pan, knife, coffee maker, dishwasher and oven. And they also provide bagged salt and pepper. The hot breakfast is great. There is a waffle maker for DIY.Cons:For extended stay, there is nowhere to trash the waste. It is not allowed to leave trash outside of the door. Asking for service is the only option.Bathroom floor is slippery when it's wet. But most likely it's wet after a shower. So, be very careful.
