Checked in online said 15 minutes. I arrived and checked in at the front and they told me it would be 27 minutes instead because someone went on break. I waited inside the store and then received a text that my appointment had been cancelled. Talked to them and they said it was an error and I was still in the system. Waited an hour and got brought into a chair. When I was in the chair my stylist took a phone call and went into the back. She never came back out and they asked me to go back and wait again. I left. I was coming in because my last haircut from them was not done correctly (did not mention this to them). I was giving them another try and it was disappointing.

The app said the wait time was 61 mins. Showed up at the scheduled time and still ended up waiting at the store for 40 mins. The stylist and I were having difficulty understanding each other because the damn tv was loud, but instead of being patient she was rude. Did not even cut my hair the way I wanted. Awful experience.

What a waste of money. Can’t hold staff made an appointment online. There was no clue that the hair cutter would be out to lunch. When I got the there the one working and never said hello. Took here 25 mins to tell my favorite cutter was at lunch. Closed my account. Never again. What a horror show. They should close this location.

(Updated) So, after two years and two bad experiences, i decided to give this establishment another try. I just had a haircut from Michelle, and she was amazing. The haircut was great, and there were no mistakes and I was in and out within minutes. She was quite the professional and uplifted my spirits after a stressful week. Thank you Michelle for a great experience today.So the first time I ever came here was about a year ago… I had just moved into the area, and thought I would give them a try. Sadly I left disappointed… There was only one female who said she was a manager of sorts, and since nobody was there I was serviced quickly. But after leaving my significant other noted that they did a terrible job. Wasn’t what I had described, and the line around my ears was noticeably uneven, as if she had gone too high on one side and you could see it from a far…Here I am a year later, figuring I would give them a second chance. I downloaded their app this time thinking it would be more convenient, as well as a more complete experience of whatever they offer, but alas I was disappointed again. I checked in with the app and it was confirmed, the app told me to notify them when I had arrived. When I arrived there was one woman cutting someone’s hair but nobody else that I could see. I was asked to check in via putting my phone number into one of their machines, I did seven press entered, not much happened, so I sat down… When she had finished that persons hair, she checked in with me and two other gentleman, asked our names, and said that I was not on the list. This is the Morrisville location, I checked it on the map as well as the address so I am confident I was in the right place..When she asked me if I checked in online I pointed my phone screen at her and said yes, and she said well you’re not in the system and asked me to try again… At that point the wait time went from 15 minutes to 55 minutes, and I was not about to wait that long…(Interestingly enough, I also received an email receipt for service I did not get… SMH)

I have been coming to this store for years. I set an appointment online and it gave me a specific time to be at the store. I came in 40 minutes early and because they were busy and it was late they told me that I would have to come back another day. That my appointment didn't matter. I get it is late but I followed the steps that Sport clips put in place and felt unvalued and I did not appreciate the tone I was talked to in.. Unfortunately, I will find another place.

Had an excellent experience. Teri has been my stylist for over 15 years now. She cares about her clients and has done a wonderful job in helping the other stylist have the same great attitude. I would recommend any sport clips location she is associated with.

What good is online checkin if you check in 40min prior and they can’t take you? Maybe not a local issue but an app is a key part of the value prop. Poor experience. Share with corporate.

I like the online check in experience. I always choose the first available stylist and they’ve all been fantastic with my 4 year old. Very glad I switched from the kid-specific places
