Absolutely awful customer service, spoke to a women named Shenekwa, by far the most unprofessional customer service representative ever. I will be canceling all spectrum services after this.

You know that episode of South Park when the kids go talk to the cable provider? Dealing with Spectrum is exactly that way. Did you know they even charge you to install their equipment for them? Sadly there’s no other choice so you have to just deal with it just like the kids in South Park.
