Kristen is amazing! She’s super friendly, always has a smile, and really knows how to make customers feel welcome. She keeps the place clean, stocked, and organized, even during the busiest times. Plus, she’s always quick with service and never misses a beat – whether it’s helping with questions, handling checkout fast, or just making small talk that brightens your day. Seriously, having Kristen around makes stopping by here a great experience every time!

The workers here move so slow. Like that sloth from Zootopia, unless they’re goofing off with each other. Simple order that was made incorrectly, check you stuff before leaving.

I placed a mobile order and was charged twice. I went to the store but the manager wasn't there. I was given a customer service number to call but the hold time is long.

I made an online mobile app order, but never received my food after arriving five minutes after the time my food is supposed to be ready, because apparently the power went out right when my food was ready. I figured since they already had the bag ready before the power was out it would be fine to still pick up, but instead of making any sort of effort to fulfill their service, the employees locked the doors, looked at me when I knocked on the doors and just ignored me. I understand the power going out suddenly, but I was on time for my food, I paid for it, it said it was supposed to be ready and then the employees stole it from me with no compensation or even notification whatsoever. The phone lines are down with the power and I cannot even reach anyone with customer support. That is some of the worst service I've ever seen.

They moved the mobile order shelf to behind the counter, so now we can’t pick it up on our own. I watched a Black lady with braids take my order to the shelf and I tried to get her attention the entire time she walked over there. She placed the order on the shelf and walked away. I had to interrupt a cashier who was busy with people in his line to hand me my order. If you’re not gonna pay attention, MOVE THE SHELF BACK SO WE CAN GET OUR OWN FOOD!!!! I said “ma’am” about 20 times, she didn’t hear any of them.

Stopped in for lunch a couple days ago. Had 25 minutes before I had to meet boss at job site (2 minutes away). Order placed at 11:56 (on receipt from order machine). There was about 5 people in front of me. Walked out at 12:15. If they worked on orders in the order they were placed, there was still 2 orders ahead of mine coming out. There appeared to be 2 people working on orders. If they did them one at a time, it took them 4 minutes to make an order that was 2 hot dogs.Basically paid $14 for a fountain drink. Had to walk out without food and no time to even try to argue for a refund. It was leave or get fired.
