Wasted my time just to tell me I have to wait on there boss who comes the next day after calling and driving 20 minutes when the said they could help me. The food good though

Patrick was on point. There was a massive line to check out and he delegated self service respectfully and sincerely while still checking out on the main till. He stayed attentive to everyone. Made my stop from work seamless. 3/14/24 4:46pm

I’m a DoorDash her and I pick up orders from Sheetz at multiple locations in the Raleigh Durham area once again I am in the store picking up a 12 pack of beer for a customer by state guidelines all orders are to be ID verified not just me verifying the customer, but the store is supposed to scan my ID as well Not a Sheetz one in this area does it they all tell me they ain’t worried about it I look at it this way don’t scan my ID that’s fine but you’re paying the fine I’m not

I go to this sheetz regularly and most of the time they do a decent job but this time around was horrible. The hot dog buns were old, the hot dogs were cooked way to much, the toppings i ordered on the hot dogs were all over the place (ketchup all over the bun, cheese stuck to the wrapper). Ordered $6 worth of fries and barely got half a handful. Please care somewhat about your job. You want other people to care about theirs when you are on the recieving end.

Never I had a bad experience at a Sheetz until I had came to this store had to charge my phone ? immediately & the night manager & associate worker rudely told me "we don't have it" & I had go outside in the cold & charge it Other Sheetz stores have charges inside a dining room for safety reasons & the managers & store associates are cool about it This store doesn't & needs a change

Beautiful location but Sheetz employee used restroom while I was in restroom and did Not wash her hands before exiting the bathroom, yuk!

The two stars are for the consistently poor condition of the windshield cleaning stations at this particular Sheetz. Without failure, every time I come here, the windshield stations are bone dry with trash in them. So frustrating.

Terrible....wasted my lunch for old funny smelling fries and chicken sandwich was just thrown together...people pay too much money to receive food thats not fresh and properly made...i called back to store...no answer...then ppl get attitudes when bring food back??♂️
