Love this place. Been coming here for a long time to get trucks as well as due shipping I like supporting local businesses. Always had a good experience and definitely recommend to anyone who needs to have some Packaging done or needs to rent a truck. They even do Moving!

Returned a Uhaul rented for only 1 day. Was accused of damages and after many attempts to withdraw money from my account, i had to call my bank just to have them cancel my card. BEWARE!!!! this guy is very rude when asking to pick up after hours and when trying to discuss these charges with them there is no response.

Whoever hated on this rating? I'll never understand but the man that runs the store that I do business with in the morning is extremely helpful, always available, never slacking, and runs the store better than most uhaul corporations itself. I needed a last minute truck and he even helped me to resolve an elert before. Maybe the customers and everyone else who purposely comes in there to give him a hard time are the shady ones and just need. Great job Quick Pack N Ship!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! The customer service is horrible, the equipment that they rent is damaged and poor quality. As a new business owner to the area, I will let all my customers know.

The guy at the Qwik Ship was super rude and unprofessional. We were told on the phone prior to pick up that he wouldn’t have the 2 Dollies that we requested. He said he only had the appliance dolly. When we arrived he was still being rude and indeed tried to charge my card an extra $100 without making us aware. I understand policies, but it was never told to me. My husband was upset because of how he was already acting rude and then trying to charge me extra without explaining. He then went and got a backpack with a knife on the side of it. While walking out he proceeded to try to argue with my husband. He then went to his car and got a gun and went back into the store. We get to the truck and the trailer where he said the one appliance dolly was only to find out that it was a furniture dolly that wasn’t going to be helpful at all. I wanted to request a refund for it, but was afraid of more confrontation so I declined to do so. A total $15 waste of money and horrible service. Willing to try another moving company instead of U-Haul next time.

They look for reasons to charge you extra. The entire setup is dysfunctional, it's not a typical U-Haul setup with simple parking in front of the entrance, it's in a huge retail complex and the signage is poor. Then they charge you for not following their complex directions. After 4 days of usage the truck was returned "with Dorito crumbs on the floor" so I was charged a cleaning fee. Plus the owner is foul and has a terrible attitude.Avoid.

Rent your U-Haul from another location if possible.They provided me a truck with a near dead battery, then tried to blame it on me when I brought it up to them.It died on me at the Eagles gas station nearby, luckily had a friend with jumper cables to get it back to the drop off location.

I will NEVER use Qwik Pack and Ship again for Uhaul. I reserved a 10 foot truck for mobile pick up. An associate called me the day before saying they didn't have 10 foot trucks and if I could switch to a 15 foot, no extra charge. Ok, fine. Then he offers to give me the truck ahead of time because mobile is "annoying". I've done mobile pick up many times and prefer it because I can get the truck after hours. He said, just come get the key, leave the truck in the parking lot.Dude! I'm at work. I can't just get off and get my reservation early to accommodate you, smh. He then tells me the trucks will be by Food Lion and Wendy's. I took note at the time, but again I'm working. I figured I would follow the mobile instructions in the morning to locate my truck.The next day when I went to pick up the truck, the mobile directions tell me to pick up the truck behind the Food Lion loading dock. I go behind Food Lion and there are many trucks but not mine. Of course the store isn't open for hours so there's no one to assist.Associate arrives at 9:00 a.m., no greeting, no nothing. I asked about the truck. "Yeah, I called yesterday. I said in front of Food Lion and by Wendy's."At that moment, I remembered the call and yes, he said that but the directions on mobile said Food Lion loading dock.I was delayed two hours because the truck I was picking up was not where it was supposed to be. Horrible mobile pick up experience. This store should not have mobile as an option if the experience is going to be this janky. The purpose of mobile is convenience. This was everything but.

The person working at this location is - by an absolute long shot - the rudest, laziest, most dismissive person I've ever dealt with. Texting and not making eye contact with me while talking. Taking personal phone calls (as in long, entire conversations) with people in line. I wish I could give this review negative stars. This person would be fired if he worked anywhere else. If Uhaul corporate saw how this employee treated customers, they would cut ties with them in a heartbeat

ZERO stars! There is this one bald guy with glasses who is very unprofessional. He said he is the co-owner, which worries me because he did not operate the store or treat his customers well. He sucks at customer service and treated me as if I was a thief. Words of advice, if you don't want to do a job that requires providing customer service then find another job. Don't come here to be mistreated; I would rather drive further away to another location then to come here!

please avoid this place. looks like a thug with a hat runs this shop he used swear words at me. very unsafe place.i had a booking , paid the money, then he says no dolly is available. when i asked why he could not inform me earlier, he said he does not bother and started using swear words.have been using uhaul for years, but this store is such a sick place

This is my family's go-to packaging and shipping store as well as moving place: We also have hired U-Hauls plus, recently, the professional Mainstream Movers from this store to move our things from one home to the next.Kashif is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. He suggests methods of packing and shipping that might be better and more cost friendly. James of Mainstream Movers is helpful and communicative. We needed to contact him about our house move, and he was great at following up with us.We appreciate having this efficient and friendly packing and shipping store in our hometown. Highly recommend it.

The guy over here acted so irresponsible denied to help us with anything. The previous guy didn't returned their truck in a timely manner and this guy at the shop denied to help. He was like I can not do anything and raised his hands immediately.This people have lake of time management, in-experienced, very unprofessional, and disrespectful with females with us.Evenif this would be the last shop, I wouldn't visit them for anything.
