I took my Honda Odyssey recently for the oil leak issue. The oil leak was literally couple of drops once in a while and the van was perfectly drivable. The shop charged close $115 for the initial diagnosis and told that the oil leak was due to the power steering switch issue and charged me $455 to replace the switch. After the fix, the oil leak got aggravated. So I took the van back to the shop. I was told that the power steering switch that they installed was having issues and as it’s in warranty they replaced it again. Even after that I had same issue and took couple more items. As more oil leak the van was not drivable so I have to call AAA to tow the vehicle to the shop. They did additional diagnosis and because of the pressure it damaged the oxygen sensor and the oil plan needs to be replaced and provided a quote of close $750. After further conversation, they reduced the bill to $550+ tax. I have no choice as the vehicle is not drivable and I have to tow the other shop. I completely lost trust on this repair shop. My question was why they are unable to diagnose the issue upfront and be honest. Based on my personal experience with this shop, I don’t recommend. I’m giving 1 star as they had the free shuttle which was helpful.

I took my car in for the first time to Precision. I will NEVER go anywhere else. The staff was amazing to work with, very pleasant, friendly and took excellent care of me!! Highly recommend Precision to all!

After several visits I didn't get the issues fixed and every time they have to install new parts and charged for that but the original problem was not fixed properly and came up when drive on the road. I really don't want to go at this place and listen the same thing that the problem was fixed which was not fixed permanently.

Similar to other reviews they said they will do my oil change service in 1 hour but took 3hours where I needed to cancel my other appointment. They didn’t even check one of my headlight is not working though I mentioned them while giving order and they charged extra for that simply they mentioned that they adjusted the parts and didn’t check the light is working or not. I was very disappointed with them. I really visited them with huge hope in their service. Finally realized that they returned car without checking one bulb is not working though they did check multi point inspection and advised me to add service for another 3k worth but didn’t suggest the bulb issue.

My car would not crank so I had a tow truck take my car to Precision to get it looked at. Even though they have never met me, they made sure to keep me in the loop on what was going on with my car. They fixed it the next day and I was able to pick it up. Glad that I came to them to fix my car. They are sufficient and fast.

Went for full synthetic oil change this morning and Emissions and Safety inspection, Jemmel at the front desk was so courteous, friendly and efficient I arrived before 7am and Dorian took my car in right away he did an excellent job !! I had an awesome experience this all work done on my car was fulfilled in under an hour. Great job Guys.??

After a separate shop down the road left my oil drain plug loose leading to drips and wheel nuts not properly torqued after a rotation. Jim and the team at Precision took great care to clean up another shops mess. There's not a price in my opinion you can put on the safety of your family car, so I will be coming to Precision for all my auto needs from now on. PS the coffee is really good too :)

Didn't realize my registration was out of date for awhile, so I needed to get a state inspection done. They noticed some worn out parts including old tires that were failing the inspection, but they were able to replace them same day. Excellent service including the shuttle.

I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I said I needed to be at work in an hour and a half, in which the store manager replied, "We'll have you out of here by then." 30 minutes in and I see them pull it into the garage, an hour later I finally see it lowered down, but then there's no one even attending it for the next 10 minutes while I've already been made very late to work, with the mechanic finally coming back from randomly helping with another vehicle only to park it right outside the garage without a test drive, which I don't understand why that couldn't have been done 10 minutes ago before moving on to help with a much more problematic vehicle, but the store manager was professional and apologetic, the oil change and rotation seems okay and I'm topped off on fluids.

I went in for brakes, rotors and a headlight bulb replacement. The work was done quickly and the staff was very polite. Great service.

The manager here is super nice and kind with great attitude. I stopped by to check the air pressure in tires, and he was too nice to check the pressure. I think his name starts with J last name with S ?. Thanks to him again ??.
