Staff is professional and welcoming. Equipment is well arranged and clean. Scheduling was easy. The center is very clean. I am meeting my goals here! I highly recommend the Pivot PT-Morrisville!

Terrible physical therapy and the billing is fraudulent. How do you fabricate a bill months later. When you have already sent 2 bill that show proof of zero balance. Lacking common sense, I still have proof of the original bill. You can create a fake one all you want, it will still be disputed. Alway keep your receipts and records better yet go with someone else

I canceled my service after 2 visits. The pt was not listening to me. She even the pain will get worse before it's gets better. False, the exercises were causing re injury. Some were good, over all not good. The worst part was receiving a bill 3 months later request more money. I paid off my balance was even given a bill with zero balance. Now they have made this fake bill asking me for more money. What a joke, they seem to be known for this scam...

After injuring my neck and shoulder in an automobile accident I went to Pivot in Morrisville, NC for physical therapy. After just a few appointments I've already gotten relief from the pain. My wife had knee replacement surgery last year and also had wonderful care at Pivot in Morrisville, NC. I highly recommend them.

Vaishali and the staff at this location are great. Very knowledgeable on how to treat lower back and SI joint recovery. I had L3,4,5 back surgery and am recovering in an attempt to get back to playing soccer. The therapy is definitely helping me recover nicely. Thank you Vaishali !

I went with a pain in my foot with achielles tendinitis and I am glad I went there. The physio therapist Vaishali is very knowledgeable and experienced. Within two months my pain is gone. Kerry in front desk also a good team player and nice.

I went to Pivot in 2019 for physical therapy and was assigned to Corey. He had to be the best pt that Pivot had ever had at this Morrisville location. He was a Jedi master at what he did. But then, Corey left for a better opportunity and I was assigned to another pt. He was decent but he wasn't Corey. I spent all of my time telling him how Corey helped me instead of using his own voice. But then that pt left for a better opportunity too. Then Pivot hired and brought in Vaishali Patel, and I was assigned to he. In just one session, she made wrote the impression on me. After one session, I could barely even walk the next day. When I was telling her it was hurting on day one, she did not care and advised me to push through the pain... after that I quit. It wasn't worth being re-injured. I complained to Pivot and they never helped - probably because of COVID-19... but she's still there, probably hurting others as I type. So Pivot, there you go. Picked your pony. And they lost big money because people quit and patients left. My advice, avoid Pivot until new pts arrive!

The therapist at this location, Vashali, is very educated and understanding. She heals you inside out while educating you on ways to gain strength and confidence. She treats you with respect and love when you need it the most. She is flexible to your needs and every recommendation she ever provided during treatment was one that my doctor agreed with. She is absolutely amazing!

Pivot has been nothing but great to me. The way my progress has been going has been great. Ms. V has been patient and knows how to push at the right pace without me asking or recommending anything. She constantly evaluates my injury and knows how to give all of her patients the necessary attention. She gets to know us while she treats us to build good relationships with her patients. I will honestly say that each appointment I go to, I always leave feeling better. 5-star rating for sure, highly recommended to anyone recovering from an injury.

As an athlete all my life I’ve visited many physical therapy clinics, and Vaishali is great. She’s very thorough in her treatment and evaluations. She does a great job explaining what she’s doing, how it will help you, and why you’re experiencing the pain you are.Additionally, she personally wipes everything down and sanitizes all the equipment between each patient to make you feel comfortable about being in the clinic.

Really great location in a new building. I went to their facility during the pandemic time with lots of concern. The staff were periodically cleaning the machines and instruments after each and every patient. The PT was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She was taking ample time with the patients to make sure that the patients do the exercise correctly. The front office staff were also very friendly. I definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family.

I recently completed a 10 session physical therapy program for tennis elbow. My PT Vaishali, could not have been more patient/professional in walking me through all of the exercises/stretches and their proper form as this was my first experience seeking treatment for an injury. I was amazed at the improvement after several sessions of ultrasound therapy, hand exercise work, sports taping and of course staying consistent with my instructed at-home exercises/icing. No more pain while working at the computer which is wonderful. I would highly recommend Pivot Morrisville and Vaishali to anyone seeking physical therapy. I am very happy that my elbow is healed but will miss the great team!

I first came here a few years ago and was helped by Corey. When I needed physical therapy again, I didn't hesitate to come back. While Corey is no longer here, Vaishali has been excellent to work with. Her level of care and connection to her patients goes above and beyond expectations. She seems to care about all of her patients equally and connects to each of them in her own unique way. Mrs. T at the front desk is great too. Her and Vaishali make a good team and their comradery between each other and the patients is a breath of fresh air. This place heals the body and the heart.
