Very dissatisfied with the service I received. I made a large purchase for a large item with walmart and Pilot was responsible for the last leg of the delivery. I was told I'd be given a window for delivery the day before. Well, that "window" was a text stating they'd be here in 20-25mins as I was getting in the shower at 7:30-7:45 in the morning on the day of delivery (not the day before as I was directed). So, of course, I get out of the shower and get a "sorry we missed you (b/c I hadn't even seen the 1st message yet!) and a pic of my house. That was FRIDAY, so the message said it would be delivered on MONDAY. Of course Monday rolls around and it's just crickets as I'm waiting at home to make sure I don't miss my delivery. However, they were nice enough to send me a text on TUESDAY when they were 10mins away! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

No tracking information. Phoned and was told my package was still in transit, but they could not tell me where it was or when it would get here after 15 days...

I was advised that my delivery would be between 7am and 3pm. After 3pm when I had not received an update, I called to inquire about the ETA and was answered by someone who gave me a number to call. I called the second number and was told that the delivery would be between 5 and 730pm. I'm home waiting and nobody came or knocked on the door. I received an email saying that the package was delivered for me to find that they left the package in my driveway without even trying to let me know they were here. This experience was extremely lackluster and now my daughter and I have to try to figure out how to get this heavy package into the house or even on the porch.

They have horrible customer service and delivered a package that was not ours and had a different address and name on it. I am in Durham and the package we received from RDU was supposed to go to Buffalo Grove, IL. After telling the driver that it was not ours he said the numbers matched so it had to be ours. It is not and they have lost our package that was supposed to be delivered. When calling customer service to try and rectify this issue they were insulting and were not helpful at all. Said I needed to go to the app and put refused on the paperwork. First, we have never had a delivery from this company so I know of no app, and second, they didn't leave any paperwork. I will not put refused on it as it is not a refusal it is the wrong order and wrong name. Do better and the poor people who are waiting for this other package are going to be so behind in their delivery.

When my replacement TV came in,unfortunately, it was broken. I received a email telling me to call and verify my pick up for OCTOBER 5. I called the following day, October 4th, to verify my pick-up. They told me that someone went by that day and there was nothing that needed to be picked up. I told them that I had an email with October 5 as the pick up date and they said that they would be there. I took off of work to make sure I would be home today. When 3 pm came around I called to make sure they were on their way still. They told me someone had been by my house and there was no pick up. I have been at my house all day. I have cameras and there is nothing on them showing that anyone has been to my house. Now I have to take off of work tomorrow for them to come, hopefully. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional

I've had decent experiences with other terminals around the state, but this one is by far the absolute worst one to deal with. They work on their schedule and fail to follow directions. Their drivers are rude and their terminal staff are even worse. If you request a pickup and require an appointment, they won't set one up or if they do they'll either show up early or late to it. Half of their drivers don't even know what a BOL is.

Absolutely horrible delivery company. First, they lost my vanity and after 2 months of failing to resolve the problem, I had to order a new one from Lowes. Then, they dropped off the vanity in my yard without any notice or call to me, two days before they were scheduled to deliver it. Lowes should get a new delivery service, because Pilot is the worst I have dealt with.

An appointment to have my packaged was scheduled without my knowledge and the time window for the delivery of that package was from 8AM to 6PM. No one has reached out to me to schedule a time window and I work full time like most people. At least have a 4 hour time window like most shipping companies that have a package signatory requirement or at least communicate with the customer. I reached out to the main number Pilot provided for the tracking of this package, but of course it is through the corporate offices that have no idea what is going on with the local shipping offices. To say the least lots of wasted time on the phone and headaches just to get a better time frame of a shipment I never scheduled. Of course I still have no answer.
