Our wedding on February 24th was made even more beautiful thanks to the incredible work of the team at Once Gathered.The floral arrangements for our wedding were absolutely stunning. Once Gathered took our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn't have imagined. Every bouquet, centerpiece, and accent piece was crafted with care and attention to detail, resulting in breathtaking displays throughout our venue.Even now, weeks after our wedding, guests are still swooning over the beautiful flowers. They were truly a highlight of the day and added an extra touch of elegance and romance to the atmosphere.We worked directly with Katie who was an absolute pleasure. She listened to our ideas, offered valuable suggestions, and executed everything flawlessly. Jenn and Frankie and the Once Gathered team are so phenomenal! We hired them for an open house event recently, and they blew us away with their creativity, professionalism and kindness. Their floral designs exceeded all of our expectations, and our guests remarked on how beautiful their arrangements were all throughout the event. They were communicative, easy to work with, on time, and they truly went above and beyond to make the florals beautiful and impactful. Can't recommend them highly enough!

My (now) husband and I hired Once Gathered as our florist for our September wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we could've made. I am finding it hard to put into words how truly beautiful everything was. My knees literally buckled when I first saw the arrangement they created for our ceremony. It was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. The table arrangements for the reception were breathtaking. Every little detail was absolutely impeccable. They took our basic ideas and turned them into the most surreal, magical little world. I cannot recommend them enough! We were so fortunate to have booked Once Gathered for our wedding. They did a beautiful job and even worked in the rain the morning of the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. The arrangement on the pergola was a huge hit as a backdrop for our ceremony but also for many pictures afterward. If you hire them, you won’t be disappointed!

Once Gathered made all our floral dreams come true for our daughter's elegant garden themed wedding! The elegant garden theme turned into steamy, but dreamy as we had a very hot and humid wedding day. Thankfully, Katie, Frankie and the whole install team were troopers who worked swiftly despite the heat to get everything beautifully arranged, and the flowers held up despite the heat. Each arrangement was uniquely and creatively designed, no cookie cutter repeats. Katie and Jenn were so professional and truly a delight to work with. Katie was very patient with all our questions and tweaks to the plan and she was able to source all the beautiful blooms my daughter was hoping for. We called Katie and Jenn our floral fairy godmothers as they took our vision and made it come to life even bigger and better than we had dreamed! They truly went above and beyond which meant so much to our flower loving family! Many of our guests asked about our florist as the flowers were truly stunning. I highly recommend Once Gathered for your wedding or any other occasion!

I cannot recommend Once Gathered enough and I am SO glad that they were our wedding floral team. From our initial consultation, Jenn helped me figure out "the vision", provided great advice on linen patterns/colors, and was respectful of our budget. The florals on the day of were ABOVE AND BEYOND- everything from the boutonnieres to the bouquets to the bud vases to the hanging installations were even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My inspiration pictures pale in comparison to the floral magic that OG delivered and we are so so grateful! If they are available on your date, do not hesitate!

I am obsessed with Jen. I met her when she was still working as the main florist for Wild Flora Farms and though we did not end up choosing the associated venue -- we knew that we HAD to have Jen do our florals. I still don't know how she managed to pick florals that somehow felt like "us". She is one of a kind.

We hired Once Gathered as our wedding florist and I cannot say enough good things about them! The flowers they put together for our wedding were beyond stunning! They did everything from our table decorations, bouquet, arch, wrapped columns, they even made a flower collar for our dog ♥️ Our flowers were one of our favorite things about our whole wedding! One of the best things too is that they took our very limited input (like two sentences) and came up with all the beautiful ideas that we ended up with. They will make your dreams come to life!

Jenn is stellar and I’m so grateful she was my wedding florist! In our consultation, it was like she read my mind as I described my dream aesthetic and she suggested the perfect arrangements while being mindful of my budget. Whenever I wanted to add or remove some aspect, Jenn was flexible and quick to adjust to make sure my vision still came together. I told Jenn I hated to see wedding arrangements go into the trash and she made sure all the table bouquets were tied and ready for guests to take home. On the day of, she set up everything in no time and it was stunning - everyone admired the whimsical and bright arrangements and most of my guests carried their table bouquets home because they were too beautiful to go to waste!If you’re looking for a patient, cool- headed florist who can make magic with flowers, Jenn is the one!

5,000 STARS IS MORE LIKE IT!!My partner and I were married in The Rickhouse in Downtown Durham on January 15, 2023, and Jenn and Frankie were the powerhouse responsible for bringing our vision to life!We themed our wedding an "Enchanted Winter Forest", and after our first meeting with Once Gathered, it was clear to my partner and I that we had found the Jewel of the Nile! Jenn and Frankie are visionaries who, with not much frame of reference, were able to extract the beauty in our minds and put it into decor that captivated all who attended our event.Both Jenn and Frankie were patient, great communicators, and went above and beyond even the things we asked for to give us more than decor, we were whisked away first class to a world of enchantment most only experience in their dreams!852 votives, moss, yellow roses, vines, lanterns, were just some of the items used to transform an industrial event space into a winter forest wonderland hand crafted into the most stunning visual experience of our lives! Through our experience we were made to feel like family, and we are forever grateful to Jenn and Frankie for being such an integral part of our most precious day!
