We have been coming here for the past few months to play pickleball and have never had any problem with the management. As usual, we reserved the court online and paid the fee on returning the equipment (if any) and had no issues, UNTIL today. When we reached there at our scheduled booking slot and went in to ask management to help us unlock the pickleball net and some paddles, this person named BOB asked us for our car keys as a form of deposit until we returned the net and paddles. We usually register our name and list of equipment in the log page, but today they wanted our car keys as leverage (which is never mentioned on their website as a requirement, mind you). After paying the amount and leveraging our car key, this other lady went out to unlock the pickle ball net, and Bob started laughing at us for no reason. When we asked the reason for his incessant laughter, he said, “BECAUSE YOU ARE HILARIOUS” in a sarcastic tone. It seems that this was specifically targeted towards us because we didn’t see any other car keys leveraged at their desk besides ours. When we asked for the receipt, again they sarcastically told us, “Oh, now you want the receipt." When one of our friends mentioned that they never had this type of experience too in the past, he stated, “WELCOME TO THE NEW LIFE." Seriously??? Not once in the entire conversation were these guys sorry; they didn’t even apologize for the way they behaved. The management should put extra focus on guys like him and teach them how to talk respectfully with women. Pathetic experience.

We (Me and my friends) had a troubling experience at MAFC a day ago. Despite being a regular for months, and paying always for the tennis court this time the staff thought we were theives and are refusing to pay and will run away with their equipments, so they refused to let us leave with paddles and ball until they had our car keys.
This type of thing has never occurred in the past and it seemed like staff was very specific to us. There were other people also playing with centers equipments but no one’s car key was asked so that was quite specific to us. Even after returning equipment, When we requested a receipt for the payment we did the staff responded with sarcastic comments. This was a highly unprofessional and uncomfortable situation, and it's disappointing to see such behavior from a place we've trusted.

I recently read a negative review by Vaidehi Shah and could not disagree more. My experience with the staff has been 100% positive, and I have found all of them to be professional, friendly and helpful. I don't understand why he has singled out a specific employee and labeled him in a very derogatory and hurtful way--without justification of specific examples. I consider this cyber bullying--and I am dismayed that this person cannot be objective and fair in his evaluation without name calling or behaving in a civil manner. I have found that the MAFC is a wonderful place for individuals and families to exercise and participate in fitness classes. I highly recommend you try it out and see for yourself.

For the past 2 years me and my family have been using the facilities at MAFC regularly. The amenities and more importantly the staff has been amazing. Right from Josh at the reception, the swim staff and coaches(Nettesheim), the karate coaches and many other staff members who are very helpful.
The facility itself has got a great facelift recently and really appreciate the town for that. The gym equipments are well maintained.

I have been swimming at the MAFC since it reopened in 2020. It is very clean and well taken care of. The staff have always been very friendly and the center ensures that it puts policies in place to keep ALL participants safe as well as making it an enjoyble place to come to exercise and relieve stress.

This is such a unique addition to the town of Morrisville! My kids love the annual Swim with Santa event. You don’t have to be a member to use the facilities. They have day passes available. There are a variety of fitness classes. The splash pad is really great for younger kids. Love that the indoor pool is open year round!

Used to like this place. But they changed their policy and won't allow youths to swim laps. AND we are locked in for the membership. They won't do any refund AND told us we can't swim there anymore. Makes no sense. Never even heard things like this before. I hope the city can do something about this since this pool is suppose to service the community.

As others have said, my issue is with the pool area. There are more than enough life guards, yet the splash area, 9 inches of water, is off limits until 1130. My child, who is much taller than 9 inches, closer to 40, started wandering in and was met with whistle blowing and yelling that it wasn't open yet...kids take baths in more than 9 inches of water. And if we must be within arms reach of children below 48 inches, why do we need life guards? You could easily position the life guards to also watch this area. You could just leave the splash pad on during normal hours. Instead, y'all are paying for someone to watch grown adults watch their children. I can't say I will or won't be back, but plenty of other options to try.

I recently visited Morrisville Aquatics & Fitness Center, and I had an amazing experience. The facility is top-notch, with clean and well-maintained equipment. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The swimming pool is fantastic, and I loved the water temperature – it was just perfect for a pool swim.
The fitness center has a wide range of equipment, from cardio machines to weights, and everything is in excellent condition. I also appreciated the variety of fitness classes offered, which cater to all fitness levels.
The atmosphere at the Morrisville Aquatics & Fitness Center is very welcoming. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, you will feel comfortable here. The locker rooms and showers are spotless, which adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a great place to work out and stay active.

I have already read feelings of moms similar to mine here and would like to share as well. I stopped coming to this place because I don’t find relaxation here at all. The lifeguards are on the parents as if you are not watching your kid. If your kid is a swimmer and does not need floatation device, there is no way to relax here for a minute. They do not have knowledge when it comes to toddlers. As a mom I know the capabilities of my kid as a swimmer and this place just exaggerates when it comes to safety protocols. The lifeguard and management are just rude to parents for safety and their protocols. I do not recommend bringing a toddler here. I won’t come to this place again because it is just not the environment where my kid can thrive to swim and enjoy. I have read many complains on management style and definitely can see that from the times I was at this place. They are not professional at all when it comes to customer service. Lots of improvement for processes and people treatment.

Amazing gym, however, a little on the pricey side.
