“A nice quaint family store with fresh foods and a great variety of indo-paki grocery items. I had been looking for Sheermal bread and Roasted Vermicellis everywhere in Cary, and I saw Al Kareem Grocery and thought I'd give it a try! “My go-to grocery store. Good produce, meat section is old school has butcher behind the counter, nice staff, they are helpful but not creepy. They have beer and wine available to sip while shopping or at the bar. The bar area is actually crowded sometimes. Good selection of baked goods too. The check out lines are never long after work. An all normal, affordable grocery store!”

Not like other restaurants fooling customers with curry rice naming as Dum biryani.2. I was in line waiting for my turn to pick up. Lady in front card got declined. Person in counter was so generous he let lady take her order, asked her to pay next time.Great Job…”
