Even though I do most of my shopping online, I use this location for picks and returns. The staff is always so helpful and I ususally leave with another awesome find while browsing. Tatum is so friendly and a great asset to the store.

I visited the Morrisville store on a Sunday evening about 430PM to return an item. After doing so I decided to browse for other items I saw online and at 4:50PM one of the staff members came up to me and said we close in 10 minutes. I just think it’s very rude to tell a customer what time you close and their shopping there ensures your job. Also, I did not see the staff member tell anyone else in the store they were closing in 10 minutes. After I left, I felt kind of singled out.

Loft has always been a place I like to shop, but the staff at this store is extra friendly, patient and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

I have shopped at this Loft location for years. I had two bad customer experiences at this store recently. The vibe in this store has changed and it does not have that same care and concern for customers. The service feels rushed and often rude. The women who work here seem unhappy. I prefer the customer service at WHBM across the street but the prices are much higher.

I shopped, tried on loved a ton of clothing that I wanted to have placed behind the counter while I continued to shop. No problem according to the employee. Probably an hour or more I'd been picking this stuff out and trying on, $400 or more on clothes on my first round of shopping while my poor husband agreed to sit in the car and wait for me. Second round of try on's and I was ready to pay. Probably $800 for everything easy if not more when all was said and done. I get to the check out (one person ringing out after noticing about 4 employees AT LEAST during my time there...) all the sudden, the first round of my clothing that I had spent tons of time trying on and asking to be placed to the side while I continued to shop, were missing!!!! Seriously???!!!Someone, although a "still shopping" sign being placed on my clothes, put them back on the sales floor!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! No sorry and no one even offers to help me find all the stuff!!! That's crap! I'm an ALL customer and have spent a lot of $$$$ over the years (not as much as I could due to a military move overseas over the past 3 years but...) nonetheless, disappointing!!! Then took out my digital card available via my online cominity account and I was made to feel like an idiot! They couldn't figure out how to use it!!! I had to make suggestions on how to use it! They knew nothing about a QR code available via the ALL/Cominity website. I felt the people I was working with were idiots! At the very least, very illy trained!! The apology after everything was basically given after I really had to ask for it. End of story, you lost money and I don't plan to visit this store again. Inept employees that don't care! Sad to be loyal and be made to feel like you're just an inconvenience! 4/30/22. At the end of the day, no one was looking to help.

Amazing service by all the employees. Not just to me but everyone that was shopping. It makes shopping so much more pleasant when the staff are friendly. Super cute clothes too.

I drove 10 mins to returned a shirt, and had my receipt. The customer service requested the tag, and another label. I am not sure if I will shop at this store again.

I love the Loft. I do a lot of pick up orders here, but I also shop. Great staff, clean and good sales and stock. Their clothes are classy and well made.

I have been to this store on two different occasions. I experienced the worst customer service. I waled in to the store and there were several employees working (all women at least in their 40/s-50's) and not one of them said hello or came up to me to ask me if I needed any help. When I was leaving the fitting room a woman yelled at me to leave the items on a certain rack that I didn't want. It was how to talked to me. I didn't appreciate it. When checking out I waited almost two minutes at the register for an employee to notice me. They were all in the middle of the store chatting about employee discounts and their breaks. Needless to say I was pretty annoyed.The women who checked me out was also rude and extremely unfriendly. She wasn't even wearing a name tag but her associate number is on my receipt 6207506 (blonde hair with glasses I believe) I hope the manager or corporate sees this. I won't be back to this store.
