This studio is so accessible! The instructors and the community of practitioners are welcoming and helpful. Each certified instructor has unique areas of knowledge that they bring to the very consistent 26&2 hot yoga pedagogy. Super easy to get to from different directions. Love it!

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I moved here from Fayetteville a few months ago. I was a member of a hardcore 26+2 Yoga studio in Southern Pines North Carolina and upon moving to Chapel hill, I didn't think I would find anything similar. Hot yoga RTP has exceeded my expectations. Their classes are amazing and the variety of teachers with their wealth of knowledge is super helpful. Classes throughout the day and evening. If you are looking for a serious gym, this is it. This gym practices 26 and 2 and also a variety of different hot yoga including Vinyasa and yin yoga. Feeling really lucky to have found my tribe here.

Came here for a 6am class through class pass. Was very irritated to walk up to what looked like a closed studio at 5:55am (door was locked) with a note on the door saying they are no longer a class pass partner so I would have to pay for the class to attend. Woke up at 4:45 for no reason! The fact that I'm seeing reviews from months ago talking about this same issue tells me that this studio has had months to fix this issue and instead make it the customer's responsibility. The way they handle this shows me they don't know how to run a business. At least kindly offer a discounted class or something for class pass members while you all try to figure out how to get removed as a partner. Why are we the ones who have to contact class pass for you after being asked to pay full price for a class that was already paid for through class pass. Horrible customer service.

If i could give them 0 stars just off the lack of customer service i would. I wish i looked at these reviews before booking but i don’t always have time to check every review source before going everywhere!I booked my first yoga class after moving to the state a few months ago. I show up and the lady said she didn’t have me on her list and i told her i booked through ClassPass. She tells me they don’t accept ClassPass bookings and that they have been having problems with them. No further instructions. So i ask “do i just contact ClassPass since i drove 30 minutes out my way to come here?” Just a yes. I never felt so unwanted at a yoga studio before. So much for my lovely start back towards my yoga journey!!!!

Wow. So bad that i gave up at the door. No phone numbers anywhere so I messaged via instagram, no reply. Against my intuition i showed at the door. "oh sorry you must book and pay online." So i go online, 27 steps to create an account, now it's time to pay, $30 for a single class. Wish i'd noticed that on the site. I'm new to town, it felt like they don't want new customers.

Showed up to a class booked on ClassPass to be told that they do not accept these bookings. Even after showing my confirmation was told that this was not accepted. Due to the length of my drive to this studio which is out of the way for me by many many miles I asked if they had a drop in or anything to do to help me. I was told to check online. I do so and it says online booking closed. The lady at the front desk really could care less, did nothing to try and assist me or help me book a class, honestly she just wanted me to leave. “Deal with it with ClassPass” This is a studio that I have come to off and on for a few years but now that I know that they have zero customer service skills or any care how they treat their patrons I will not be back. This is quite possibly the rudest I have ever been treated at a fitness studio.

She also basically accused me of lying about my interaction with the woman at the front desk so I will definitely not be returning to this studio ever. **

I came here tonight, in fact I'm in the parking lot leaving this review. I signed up through ClassPass and I was turned around because I was told they are no longer affiliated with ClassPass but they are still active on the app. I will be charged an extra fee through ClassPass because I missed the class so I was told I need to take the time to contact them to make sure I get my money back but they can't take the time to get their issue fixed? I'm so confused. I asked what can I do to join a class and they told me to email the person on the board and they will give me more info. I asked well can I join a class tonight, I came all the way here (in traffic) and it's not my fault you are still active on ClassPass and nowhere on your site indicates you have no affiliation with them any more...I even asked if I can pay again for the class right there and I was very rudely turned down. Some customer service. Almost all studios offer a free class or allow you to pay for a single class. It's crazy to me that they can't honor a potential future customer. I left and will never be coming back and I will make sure the locals know how they run their studio.

OWNER WAS VERY RUDE . I have practiced this style of yoga for 20 years and have been to studios all over the world... never have been treated so rudely. The teacher was very good though.

I have been a regular (4-5 classes/week) at this studio for over three years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is warm and friendly, often checking in with the students during and after class to make sure everyone is is doing well and has the support they need. It is a small boutique studio however so during class the doors are locked for safety and there is no attendant stationed at the front desk. I have found the owner, Nikki, to be quite receptive to feedback and she does attempt to optimize the schedule and class content to accommodate the needs of the students. I personally prefer a very hot hotroom (105-107F), but the temperature here is kept in the moderate range (99-101F). I suspect this is to help ease the transition of new students. The bathrooms and showers are always clean and well kept, which I appreciate, and since the onset of COVID, the expectation is that Yogis provide their own toiletry products. I do not have an issue with this. Lastly, I am so thankful of this studio's tireless efforts to remain open and accessible during COVID while practicing steadfast compliance with mandated health regulations. I travel frequently for business and as such have practiced Bikram all over the country and the world....I am proud to now consider this studio home.

I've been practicing the 26-2 yoga series for nearly 15 years and have been to studios everywhere from Australia to South Africa, including many years of classes at this studio, and want to respond to the below negative review about arriving late and being asked to leave the studio. I've never been to a class where people were allowed to enter late (mayyyybe 1-2 minutes and only experienced students with a very valid excuse) or class start times were held more than 1-2 minutes. It isn't safe to be popping in and out of the heated room, especially for beginner students (I.e. those who might think that entering extremely late is acceptable!). Waiting even 4 minutes to start (what the reviewer says - but as someone who was also in that same class, I know it was more like 7-10 minutes) was very generous and unusual. The hot 26-2 practice is strict and doesn't really allow for shenanigans like waving to your friend from the window or walking up to the teacher to interrupt them! The studio owner and teacher were very patient with the reviewer until it became clear that she planned to continue disrupting class, at which point they took the other students into account and asked her to leave. I greatly appreciated this and am sure others did too! My experience with this studio has always been positive. The space is clean and organized, and the studio owner has gone to great lengths to protect her students during the pandemic while still offering classes - believe me I've been to other studios since 2020 where I did NOT feel safe, and did not return. Over the years the studio owner has been creative with her teaching and evolution of multiple class styles offered, as well as kind, generous and understanding. I think the reviewer below had a misunderstanding of the type of class she signed up for and the studio owner and teacher involved handled it as best as possible. I look forward to going back!

At the core of yoga is respect and love for one another and the practice. This is exactly what you will find at Hot Yoga RTP. I have traveled the country visiting yoga studios and consider Hot Yoga RTP one of the best places to practice. The 26&2 is a disciplined practice, that discipline comes from with in while you are on and off your mat. I am new to the area and started practicing during the darkness of the pandemic and from the beginning felt safe and respected at this studio. From a business perspective the studio is run efficiently and signing up for class and understanding how the studio works is clear on the website. I have also reached out to the owner on more than one occasion for advice and guidance and have always received a response in a timely manner.Hot Yoga RTP is a wonderful place to practice and I am grateful to have found the RTP community.

This is one of the worst place I have seen. I have tried Bikram yoga in other cities. This was our first trial class. It was never mentioned in the email that 4 minitues delay is not allowed. It was our first trial class. Phone doesnot work either. The instructor misbehaved with me and also took my mat threw me out of the class. I asked very politely that I saw someone from the window if she can be allowed to enter as it was freezing outside. We both paid for the class. It was pure racism. She took my mat threw me out said will call the police for interrupting the class. She did not allow me to take my jacket for which i had to wait outside the cold with my friend for 1.5 hours and when class got over we waited outside to take my jacket and asked for reimbursement. She jusy refused to talk. A great way to RIP money this studio owes us 60 dollars. We have the video of her misbehaving. After emailing them no response.

An amazing studio that offers top notch experienceTeachers here are helpful (Nikki is great!) and the studio is peaceful, quiet, clean and well organized. Coming here is an enjoyable experience (despite that I leave here fully worked out and exhausted!)I am new to yoga and looking to get flexible and strong overtime. I plan to come here regularly. The only thing I wish they had is mat pilates. I hope they will consider it.I am grateful nevertheless to this studio, and for the service it is offering to the local community.
