HomeGoods is a regular jaunt for me, and the customer service has always been decent. Nothing near Chick-fil-A or Trader Joe's level of stellar customer service friendly and focused on customer experience, but an adequate level of decent. This time? Different story altogether! Let me tell you what happened... I could tell the store was crowded because parking was dufficult. Then, I hadn't planned to pick up much, so I hadn't grabbed a cart on the way in. I eventually find myself standing in the checkout line behind 10 or so people with both arms full. The line usually moves along. This time, we all stood in one place for a good 12 minutes with no movement. I begin to notice how annowing the country music is coming through the loud speakers. Also noticed that only 2 cash registers were open. I start to get annoyed. Surely, someone is going to call for backup, right?? A man appears and fires up register 3, then calls for backup for register 4. We start to move. Eventually, it's my turn and I get called to register 3. My arms are seized up because I've been holding these items for more than 20 minutes at this point. My fault, I know. But could I get a "Hello! Apologies for the wait!" Or how about a "Good afternoon! How are you today?" Or even a "Did you find what you came in for?" Nope. NOTHING. Not even eye contact! This dude didn't even grunt in my direction. I'm standing there not being acknowledged in the least. I had to force him to speak! What in the world?? He's doing the least, what, in the interest of time? As if it would slow him down to acknowledge me? Fine, I think to myself. Management will hear about this. I get my receipt and head toward the door, but turn back to the cashier at register one at the end, asking her where the manager is. Guess who?!?!? That same dude!! He was the manager!! I needed to report him to himself!! Comical. I had to laugh out loud while SMH. In that same instance, I overhear him actually greeting the people who came to his register after me. Engaging and polite. What? Oh, so you CAN do it when you so choose, eh? Noted. Night and day difference. Guess what else was different? Guess. Here's a hint: It was not the color of my shirt.

I remember when these places were actual bargains. The store was clean and tidy, when kids of furniture and organization inventory. But it wasn't priced any lower than it would be at other stores.

This is the closest Homegoods to me, and it's supposedly dangerous (husband's words). It's great! I love their seasonal section, planters are so much cheaper and prettier here. I am sad that homegoods will no longer carry kids stuff like before. My kids always behaved in the store, because they could get something from the kid section.

HomeGoods is my favorite place to shop and it's a dangerous place for me to shop as well. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is the pet section. Why is everything about dogs? I own a cat and never ever is there enough cat related items. I am disappointed the pet section is dedicated dog with part of 1 asile for cats and little to choose from. My favorite part of the store is the kitchen section. I always find things I love there, especially the Rae Dunn products. My one issue with kitchen section is they don't have kitchen scales. It seems they have everything but. Everytime I have gone there I have looked (and not just this HomeGoods). This particular store is clean, not overcrowded (even in the holiday season) and has plenty of products. Rarely do I leave there without something in a bag! The check out clerk at my visit on 12/21/22 was the best. She was friendly, helpful, and fast.

Great store, great location and helpful staff. I was looking for unique gift ideas and found them here. Whatever your looking for or not sure if they have it. The line was crazy long but they had every counter ringing guests out and the store was staffed with support. This location is clearly managed well.

Fun festive decor to keep the wife busy while I try to recruit homeless people to dig up copper wire under our most important infrastructure

Always love shipping at Home Goods, no matter which store location! This store did not disappoint me or my sister when we met at Park West Village to shop & have lunch together on our birthday.

Service is great and we needed a specific size for curtain and they provided them but the cashier was pushy about the rewards card

This time, meh. Went to buy Full size sheets and they had none! Guess we can chalk up to supply chain issues but, was disappointing.

We had been looking for the soaps that HomeGoods carries, but could not find any in Marshalls but found some in this Home Good store in Morrisville. We bought a ton of them. Let me explain, the soaps are made in Italy and some in Spain and Portugal. They're great and moisturizer soaps. The natural scents are incredible and also are very luxurious. Get some.
