Rooms are very dated and aren't well insulated in terms of neighbors or aircraft noise Lots of folks coming and going at unsocial hours. Don't expect a great night's rest without earplugs.Rooms: Functional, but poor sound insulation

We called Hampton to request a shuttle to pick us up from the air port. They verified our names and sent one out no problem. When arriving at the hotel, we soon found out we had arrived at the wrong hotel. Extremely similar name, but the one we showed up to was Hampton Inn Raleigh/Durham Airport - Briar creek.We were told this happens all the time and the hotels have an understanding during these situations. It was 11:45pm and we had been traveling all day with multiple delays on our flights.So we called this hotel to cancel our reservation and planned to stay at the hotel we were taken to. Both hotels were Hamptons - maybe owned by different companies, but should easily be able to fix this issue. We were refused immediately. Whoever the man that claimed he was the night shift manager - was so rude, he had my wife in tears within seconds of that phone call. When I got the phone, he hesitated for a second but went back to being difficult.He did not care that he upset my wife so badly by being so rude, but had a problem how I was talking to him? Who hired him as a manager?He couldn’t come up with a solution to the problem and he would not listen to any solutions I had. I definitely would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. If you do, avoid the “night shift manager” that has an attitude.We did get our refund eventually.The Briar creek location on the other hand, 10/10 experience. The staff were so kind! They immediately attended to my wife when they saw her. They truly were amazing people! The hotel was very clean and recently renovated as well.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on December 2th, 2023. All around the property is filthy and the room even more so. All old from the 80's so the bed was very old and uncomfortable. The pillows smelled like goat sweat. I asked at the front desk to change them and the lady delivering the pillows showed me an attitude like how you dared to complain. The new ones had the same bad smell. So we decided no to use them. The bathroom is ugly, smelly, uncomfortable and old. The tissue paper holder was broken, please remove or replace it! This hotel needs serious attention and I am now thinking of never staying at any Hampton Inn again. The lady at the front desk greets with a stone faced as well. That was lovely! The whole experience from start to finish was not pleasant. Luckily it was only one night, but since we did not sleep comfortably, we checked out at 5 am escaping this $200 a night disaster.

Latoya!!!!! She is my person!!!! She is so sweet, kind, fast and smart- she helped me so much when I was in a pinch, this just happened a few minutes ago. I am so so thankful for her and continue to love Hampton inns the most because of kind and empathetic souls such as her❤️ thank you Latoya!!!!!

I have always stayed at a Hampton! Never again at this one. First room carpet looked bloody, I had an asthma attack within minutes of being in there.2nd room smell was better no asthma but not the Hampton I’m used to. Beds were not comfy and the blankets they are known for these were not the same or they’ve just been worn out too much! Early morning customer service. She can very clearly see if she does not want to be here. Oh I almost forgot when we pulled up the thing to put cigarettes out outside was on fire I came in and told the guy and he said yeah I know I’ve been out trying to get it out but I have customers I literally was thinking the whole place is going to burn down but I guess that’s the most important. You could smell the smoke inside of the lobby.

Shower did not work. Breakfast was horrible. Staff was polite but uncaring about my stay. Worst Hampton Inn I've stayed at ever.

Jose was absolutely phenomenal. He helped me with bags and made sure I was hydrated and remedied the orange juice situation at breakfast effectively. He's a credit to the team!Rooms: I generally hate the rooms at Hampton Inn they are in such dire need of modernisation. They are clean and yet they feel so dingy and gross. I only stayed here because a friend loves the breakfast, which I also do not rate.

Anyone would like have an Awesome ?? stay at the Hampton inn in Raleigh Durham NC stay here its near the airport they have Awesome staff friendly and cares about your needs. Breakfast is very good and the area around have good shopping & dining check them out this was the best Hampton inn i every stay in keep up the wonderful job see you soon Ms DouglasRooms: Awesome clean and the bed was dreamy have a good night sleep every night.Nearby activities: Shopping shopping and more shopping dinning as welllSafety: I feel safe Even when I came in late at night. Also in my roomWalkability: Didn’t have to walk far to the car from parking lot but I can’t say anything about Walkability because I was driving.Food & drinks: Awesome!!! Breakfast is goood…… am telling you don’t miss it. She can cook ??

My husband and I are Hilton Gold members and always enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this particular property. The front desk staff is the worst. On day 2 of our stay we returned to our room to find that the TV was not working. My husband went to the front desk to report the issue and was told to unplug the TV then try to turn the TV back on. Well unsurprisingly it still didn't work. My husband then returned to the front desk to ask if the maintenance person could come to our room and take a look at the TV. We were told there isn't a maintenance person on duty and sorry. We were offered another room or told they were booked up. I proceeded to call the Hilton customer service line, the gentleman who answered the phone was apologizing and super nice but explained that nothing could be done until we checked out. I am so DONE!!

Nice and friendly staff. The hotel was clean but my only complaint was the bed it was too hard so I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Close to the rdu airport, but services to support early departure are lacking. No grab and go snack with no effort to accommodate these folks. Carpet in hallway is shaggy. Holiday Inn across parking lot is more hospitable I plan stay there on next trip.

The construction noise from the room above me is unbearable. Lasted all day and isn’t supposed to stop until 5. On the bright side, the room is clean. But yeah, not coming backEdit: I called the front desk that day, and they said sorry for the inconvenience, it will be done by 5. I was not offered to switch rooms. And I never should have been placed in a room that loud in the first place. The company response saying I should have asked to move up floors is nonsense. I just wanted a room that didn’t sound like a war zone

Everything was in place as it should be. Nothing was dirty. Clean linen, and David at the front desk gave extremely good service!!!
