Everytime I go in this store it's the same man at the check out counter he never would give me a receipt or the discount. So today he told me a price and i asked for a receipt and the price on the receipt was lower than he said. Left the store checked my receipt was charged for 8 items instead of the 7 item that I purchased. Check to see what your discount is on items get a receipt to check for additional add prices I am so done with store like the other restore.

My wife and bought a king matttress today, one of the lady staff was kind enough to find me find a cart to take it up to the cash register; Mohammad did even ask if I wanted to round up…with out any help loading , I wouldn’t…..Extreamly poor service! Not professional attitude from Mr Mohammad who said that he is the owner and price determination individual

Their Mattresses in particulur are carefuly cleanED THE COERECT WAY!!- and wraoped fully in Plastic to ensure their cleanliness and safe future use! JohnH

I donate a chair and sofa to the Restore and the helpers Timothy and Kyle were Super. They picked up the items like it was nothing. They made me and my sister day! They are keepers! 1 to 10 they are a 20!

I enjoy my time there so a lot of good items to choose from the place itself were very clean neat I recommend anyone to go and visit and purchase stuff there good prices on and on items that they have them you'll be very surprised take out time and go.

Not a 1 star because I got a coffee table that is fine. Extremely annoyed that I was there, found an office chair I liked, and then carried it around the whole store with me until I found the coffee table to go check out, just for some guy a minute before me to say he's going to buy all the chairs in the building, and even though I'd had it for the whole time, they wouldn't sell it to me, and forced me to give it up.

I scheduled a pickup last weekend for today. I picked the window for 12pm-4pm. My boyfriend made a special trip to this apartment (which I am moving out of) to wait at the apartment until the people came. While I was at work, I received two calls at 10am that I didn't take because I didn't know the number and it was suppose to be placed 15 minutes prior to them arriving. I called back with no answer. At 12:15, I called the restore to ask if it was one of the pickup people calling, and I was told it was. The lady was kind enough to call the person who wasn't answering the phone for neither my boyfriend or myself to ask for the ETA. My boyfriend was finally able to get in touch with him. The person told him they finished early for the day. When my boyfriend told him our time window was between 12-4 pm, he replied "it's a donation. You can reschedule." I am handing in my keys to this apartment Saturday and work full time. This was my last time I had in their window for pickup. I was scheduled for pickup between 12-4 pm. My boyfriend made a special trip just to wait and move my items outside for pickup. I will not be donating here again.

Found the best kitchen pantry there for the best price! Absolutely love this place, always finding a great deal and the manager is just so nice.
