This is my local Food Lion, and the staff there are usually very friendly. The store was recently renovated, which was much needed. I enjoy the changes and the people who work here. I wish their produce section had more options, but the prices are reasonable. I have to say, the primary person who stocks/replenishes the shelves overnight does an INCREDIBLE JOB! I informed the store manager how impressed I was, and he said he would relay this. I wish I knew the person's name, but I lost the paper I wrote it on. I would like to write the Food Lion corporate office directly because I was that impressed! Thank you to the staff for your great work!

Was able to get in and out, the bathroom is at the front right corner. I'm used to them being in the back left corner. Overall a clean store with pleasant employees.

Helpful and friendly service, with a limited wait time. Excellent customer service, the evening manager (Mr. Brayboy) was very helpful and provided service with a smile. I love the renovations that have taken place, I will be coming back.

I have been to 3 different Food Lion stores, and each store has the same problem. The produce is not in good shape. Some of the blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc. have white fuzzy mold on the fruit.

Hands down, this is the absolute worst Food Lion you can experience within 10 miles. Garbage employees & garbage managers. Whether picking up an online order, or shopping in store, you’ll have the pleasure of interacting with these lovely employees. A shame, as the store itself is ok.

I had to come into your location twice today and both times, my experience was less than pleasing. The first time today, the customer in front of me mentioned to the cashier how nasty her attitude was and how she acts like she hates her job. He told her she should do better. I then get up to the register and the cashier doesn’t speak a word to me, never told me my total, bagged only half the items and didn’t even do that correctly. Who bags bathroom essentials and cold food together? She walked away all while I bagged the last few items myself.
The second time, the older gentleman named Ron also never spoke a word to me until he began to bag my items. I was holding the cart against the counter so he didn’t have to reach. He raised his voice at me 3 times back to back saying “move your hands, move your hands, move your hands”. He was basically yelling at me and I just let go of the cart and he pushed it back then slammed it into the counter. I did tell him how rude he was and he ignored me all while finishing up my order.
It’s also an inconvenience when I come to this location and they are 9/10 times out of something that I desperately need even though someone is always stocking shelves while I’m in there. The lack of customer service within the store needs some major work.
